Perhaps unpopular, but based on pre-season showings, I’d like to see Valery be the RCB in a back 3 with Bella-Kotchap & Salisu at Spurs (if we play that system). He suits that role really well imo.

Have to think the KWP stuff is rubbish. Suggestions that he could go for £10-15m are laughable, we signed him for that and his stock has only risen since.

It all does seem quite promising at the moment. I was discussing with some friends that, if we are willing to spend upwards of £35m on 3 players below 21 (Bazunu, Bella-Kotchap & Lavia) - then perhaps we do have a somewhat more substantial budget than in previous years. Nothing but a guess/feeling. But it’s nice to be able to make a number of signings before pre-season has even started, and more importantly without having to sell anyone first.

Could be a long shot but hopefully we are looking at him. Two ‘unnamed PL clubs’.
