  1. I agree with this, and would add that we need to take cups seriously. Sadly we will play a very weak second string tonight and lose.
  2. I have lived and worked in SE around 20 years now, mainly Thailand. Love it here but would not go for a holiday LOL. I holiday in Cambodia, Hong Kong, KL, Aus to name but a few. Thailand is not the same as it used to be, and all the better for it. I live out in a small town in Isaan area, semi-retired. Hard to explain the life here but you feel free, unrestricted by silly nanny state rules and having to watch what you say. If you are a decent sort, the Thai's will love you back in spades. It's only the silly sexpats and grumpy old gits who bemoan all things Thailand that get issues from time to time.
  3. We will lose this one. 3-1 I think. Unless we make a great signing in the next week.
  4. Was anyone honestly expecting any other outcome today? I understand the old die in the mud hope routine fans go through, but come on. We're done until we get a new manager.

    Taking the knee

Ignoring it would be a lot let divisive than supporting a racist group like BLM. But you virtue signaling types cannot help yourselves in your desperate quest to make friends by looking so pious.

    Sean Dyche?

Hey....how long u been in Bangkok buddy?
  7. Let's see how many laugh at my correct prediction this week. Unless we sign a real goalscorer we wil not win this game. Draw at the best, most likely another defeat.
  8. I thank u. Spot on again.
  9. I thank u. Spot on again.
  10. Do your thoughts also apply to people like soggy who read only the guardian and believe every word written?
  11. Spurs to win 4 or maybe 5 to 1.
  12. Why can't men, identifying as a lady play for England ladies team?
  13. Really important voice of my childhood years. The wombles especially. Railway children. As said above ... This guy was a genuine national treasure.
  14. Champs: Don't know, don't really care. City or Liverpool as ever I suspect. Top 4, anyone from the above two plus Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs, Man Utd.\ Bottom three anyone from the rest, quite literally. Saints will stay up because they will fire Ralph at around the same time as Newcastle fire Howe and Howe will take over here.
  15. Most of these people are just playing out their perversions. They get off on being seen in public cross dressing and half naked doing dances. We are about to get taken over by people who love to outwardly express their perversions.
  16. We won't know until the transfer talks he is in go ahead or not.
  17. I have a feeling he is off. The reason perhaps why we are linked to so many RB's and buying some that can play there and everywhere. I would be very surprised if we kept spending so much without someone big on the way out to help fund it.
  18. This is the perfect example of why I don't do politics. If someone disagrees with a leftie, they get name calling, sarcasm and pelters. The so called tolerant party LOL.
  19. This thread is an excellent example as to why I stay well clear of political debates. Total echo chamber.
  20. I have been reading a lot of comments on various forums, that we need an experienced head or two in the team in defence and maybe upfront. I also agree with this. However, being the club strategy is to buy young promising players, development them and sell them on, the chances of us getting anyone experienced in their mid to late 20's seems slim. But, are the new owners missing a trick here. Imagine for one minute buying a really young defensive prospect and then putting him alongside a very experienced pro. Surely this would increase the chances of developing this player and thus escalating his growth and value increase. Instead of just leaving it to the training team and to some degree, chance.

    Yan Valery

I wonder though, how much of our defensive failings were down to the poor coaching set up. How much will this change with better coaching and tactics?
  22. For me, the most crucial factor in answering this question is, will we line up someone or two first, or will it be the usual Saints feck up of selling first, letting everyone know we have a stack of money to spend and being held to ransom for bang average over priced players? If it is the former and we can trade smart under the new owners then 100% yes sell. JWP is not all that. 75m could buy at least 2 good players, plus probably one or two potentials. We saw last season when he was out for a spell, we played very well without him. He is not indispensable and some seem to think, no way.
  23. Are our options between the sticks at present, better than last season? Forster - Mac - Willy Now Gav - Mac - Willy (one year older again) Unknown as yet I would say.
