  1. I blame the man on yellow for that, not Azaz. A stiff breeze could have knocked the runner down.
  2. Azaz may have scored, but Leo's turn set it up. Same with the free kick. The man is a god.
  3. This thread literally made my day. How often can you say that on Saintsweb?! RM wrecks teams. Each team he leaves has a hangover that lasts more than a season. Just this year alone, Swansea fired their manager, we fired our manager, and RM was fired at Rangers, of course. Him joining Leicester is Christmas come early!
  4. I would love to see the quality of goals we are speaking of... They must not be allowed to jump in the Turkish league? I bet he'd be great then.
  5. It would be nice if he at least aimed to break a sweat. Aribo never accelerated beyond a light jog.
  6. How could you give it to anyone else at this point? That person would have to come out of the gate winning big to compare.
  7. I am racist because I don't rate him? What kind of metric is that? That is great TP is doing well in Turkey. He has found his level, and I wish him well. But he scored 4 goals for us in 36 appearances as a striker. He ran like Bambi on ice and battled like a school-girl in the air. He would have been better for a Will Still system. But that is the fault of SR, not ours. It is also not our fault that Damion Downes was cast as his replacement. Luckily for me, I will forget about this entire non-sensical comment soon due to my goldfish memory...
  8. Ramsdale would have stolen us a few points. But he can't score goals... Neither can Onuachu
  9. 100%. You cannot beat Man City at their own game. Low budget teams need to force errors and get at it early or park the bus entirely and counter. I would love to see some energy again...maybe even signs of life would be fine, I guess.
  10. This should be the single busiest thread on this forum. Every post should read some version of the same thing: Sport Republic Out!
  11. I would rather root for Pompey. Give me the bleach... Edit: "It ended in a chapel, in 2025..."
  12. I have considered Woods a bright spot this year of dim. But honestly, coming at fans when the team was shambolic, he should fuck off and die somewhere in Wales. Bye.
  13. Politely F-off and die for even posting this thread. Arsenal is thataway ---->
  14. F all that. The fans are the only thing working in this mess.
  15. Meanwhile, the man making those calls will fail up to Juventus while we languish in their left-behind *****.
  16. There is no way he wants to be here. Sure you can excuse any one of these "illnesses", "niggles," and comments on their own. But it becomes staggering when you lay it all out. I cheered for him 2 years ago, but he is now the symbol of our deterioration and undoubtably brings our club down. Be gone!
  17. Sure things... Death, Taxes, and Saints with 5 at the back faffing about. I expect to see our midfield bolstered by Capt. Shoe Horn. I expect to see AA fire from low scoring positions to end good runs. I expect to see a 2-1 PNE victory.
  18. xG considers the skill of the player shooting, yes? Seems right to me.
  19. Will be wearing Liverpool Red next calendar year. Until then, can he also be a player-coach? Is he any good at FM26?
  20. Adam Armstrong wastes several chances and is yanked, thus giving Damion Downs a chance to break the harrowing 0-0 draw near extra time. The American will score accidentally, lifting Still and the Saints to victory. 1-0. The stuff of dreams, right.
  21. I am curious to see how Rohl gets on at Rangers. I predict that Martin's management style leaves a hangover. Having your best friend as your manager with plentiful days of rest each week probably seems great. Sets the stage for failure for the next guy demanding "heavy metal" football. Swansea sucks still. We suck "still". Rangers have a long road ahead of them.
  22. I am tired of watching Adam Armstrong slash at balls from bad angles instead of making a better key pass in the box. He continually kills movements on his own with low percentage chances that float wide to nowhere.
  23. Its a hamstring. He might feel like he is ready to come back soon, but that injury persists. He is out until Christmas... if he plays sooner, it will be limited and with zero impact.
  24. I want to know how our scouts sniffed around the US mens team ground and identified Damion Downs above Agyemang.
