From 2 minutes of watching youtube highlights, I really like his desire to move forward and attack the defender. Based on only that, it is worth a shot. We don't have much of that currently.

Yes... He is doing that nonstop. . He actually keeps moving forward, but his strides go to 1/10th the length. I recall seeing him do it in the first game he played for us, and my heart just sunk. 4 managers later and he is still doing it. So I thought the problem was with me.

Baz's weakness may be shot-stopping, but Macca seemingly has no strength. Passing... no. Shot stopping.... not if it is on the ground or towards his near post. The real problem is not any of our keepers. Our terrible defense has made even Ramsdale look shaky.
