He is showing all the signs of being a truly great manager. The problems will start at the end of this season, assuming we carry on in similar form and finish top 6, when he gets linked to every big club in Europe that is looking for a new manager.

Really pleased for Yoshida. He has taken some right stick on this forum, but today was his best game in a saints shirt. Harry Reed looked tidy, much fewer sloppy passes in midfield than recently. Shane Long looks so much better as a Central striker with Pelle JWP dead ball situations just so much better with him on the pitch

A good move. Ties down a good talented young player. Means that neither Chelsea or Bertrand's agent can screw us too badly if we decide to sign him permanently.
