A few thoughts from my seat in Northam. Pelle was being continually man handled by the Sunderland Centre Backs but the ref did nothing. Cuco had a good game on the whole and took up some good positions Looked like we should have had a penalty in the first half We went off the boil in the 2nd half until we went 1-0 down I'm guess that because we had the U18 Captain on the bench means that the 1st team squad was down to the bare bones which may well have tied RK's hands formation wise

That was a LONG second half!

I was so excited when he signed, cheered him when he was presented to the crowd at the Man Utd game, cheered him in that wonderful game against villa (remember us all walking back to the station singing "O Gason Ramirez!") Then it never pushed on. I kept hoping, but it never happened For me the last straw was when he came against West Ham recently, fluffed his cross and screwed up our last chance to equalise

Glorious performance We waited for that JWP free kick, it was worth the wait! Having the pace of Bertrand in the back 3 makes us look much safer at the back and Matty Targett is looking good in a more forward role

Listened to the BBC Radio LOndon commentary. I think we were unlucky in some ways (as we are every week in that we don't put away nearly enough chances) I agree the season is pretty much over. Can't see us going down tho'
