  1. Yep and usually led by MLG licking the clubs backside as usual
  2. Classic Blackadder there.

Seriously mate, quit the pathetic pedantic and constant correcting of every single thing anyone ever says that you don't believe is 100% accurate or that you don't understand. It's incredibly sad
  4. Woys tongue is firmly up Brenda's arse as it is. The whole Sturridge love in just emphasises it
  5. Yet Sturridge not selected on the wishes of Rodgers to keep him Fresh. Convenient the same treatment wasn't afforded to Bertrand.
  6. What a terrific day that was. Should be a doddle to get home from here. Hopefully yorks declare or lose their final wicket early so they can have pretty much a full day to bowl Sussex out. Hopefully Sussex will get very edgy knowing we are pretty much home and dry in our game. Special mention to Gareth Berg who has been absolutely fantastic all season in the 4 day game and surely must be a shoe in for player of the season. Edwards has also been awesome in the time he's been here. Both in the twilight of their careers but putting 100% commitment into the cause which is great to see. Dawson has also been brilliant since he returned from Essex. If we escape tomorrow it would surely rank as one of the most outrageous escapes of recent times, given both the points deficit at the start of the match, and the position we found ourselves in halfway through our first innings and also halfway through their 2nd innings.
  7. FFS get gashton off. Playing awful!
  8. Tonight after these games. 10 ish?
  9. 298/8 at close. Shame bad light came into play as we were well on top and may well have finished up with another 25-30 runs. Still, right back in the game now. Good to see some fight if nothing more
  10. Lets hope the wicket stays as flat tomorrow. Desperately need the 5 draw points, bearing in mind the pitiful 2 bonus points collected.
  11. Absolutely pathetic. It may a batting deck but even so this is a horrendous fielding effort. Even more so that batting effort by us earlier.
  12. Threw that completely away. This was probably the pivotal day that will lead to relegation
  13. Gotta love Gashy.
  14. I agree with Hector here , as it happens
  15. I still don't think it'll happen. Someone's going to beat us to it aren't they? Forget the fact that every singles Source in the country is saying it's a done deal. I'm with alps on this one.
  16. You based your pressism on your own paranoia rather than any firm proof indicating that he wasn't gonna sign. There was no indication ever that he wasn't going to sign, you just decided he wasn't due to your ridiculously pessimistic outlook. Anyone with half a brain cell who had read between the lines and done even the smallest amount of research could tell it was always very likely he was going to sign for us. You really are a total clown who is generally wrong about 99% of the things you post about.
  17. Wrigleys Spearmint gum?
  18. Wow, what were the odds?
  19. This really is a joke now. Tell him he's staying like we did with Morgan last season. Don't see why we should be dictated to by players under contract. **** take but sadly the norm these days
  20. I suspect there is a very large Toblerone on the go right now
  21. That's right, this regime is identical to Lowe's in every single way. Thank you for opening my eyes to that. The money saving tactics are exactly the same.
  22. I appreciate I may be in the minority here, but is anyone else absolutely flabbergasted at our recent lack of transfer activity? Even if we have no idea who were going to sign, the least we should expect are some unfounded rumours splashed all over the media linking us with any old prima-donna currently looking for a new club. At least that would prove we are trying to do something about bringing some reinforcements in! As it is, no news surely means we are sat on our arses doing nothing. I wouldn't even say we are run like a seaside B&B. At least the seaside is nice to look at, unlike the useless ****s filling up our current boardroom. For my money the last 2 years has seen a slowly downward curve. Forget the fact we improved on our league position last year and got into Europe, for my money we were on a budget saving excercise and got lucky. This year we will not be so lucky. The window is over already, if a signing hasn't been made by now then it never will be, regardless of the 3 weeks left until it closes. We are ****ed, and I am absolutely fuming. We had a great chance to capitalise on last season and push on for a top 4 place but now that's well and truly down the toilet thanks to our inability to stop our best players joining Arsenal, Man Utd, Liverpool and Spurs and other sides with a much larger budget and pull than ourselves. All the happy clappers can keep burying their heads in the sand, but I feel we are now in an intolerable situation. I will not be going to any more games this season until the board can match my ambition and spend at least 20m before the window is shut, regardless of who the money is spent on, I want it spent now. After the James Chester debacle, they are lucky I'm still supporting them at all.
  23. Jesus, here we go. Calm down ffs, 20 mins and just because we arent battering the opposition away from home from minute 1 , the bed wetting starts.

    Sponsored by toilet tissue?
  25. Pretty sure that's it isn't it? We beat Leeds 3-1 but was in the championship. Those are the only 3 opening day wins in any league for us since 1988
