The problem today was mainly that fact we don’t have a striker who can score. The style of play wasn’t great but when the formation was changed in the second half we were good. Che had two great chances to score and he bottled both of them

As it seems very likely that we will play 5 at the back I would go: Bazunu KWP Bednarek ABK Salisu Perraud Romeu JWP Stu Aribo Adams Im not optimistic with one up top but I feel like we need the creativity of both Stu and Aribo going forward - I still think 4-2-2-2 suits us best as we can play with 4 attackers but I trust Ralph tbh. We need to start fast this season as not winning a game till October last season definitely held us back

Give Ralph the summer, it will be the first summer he’s had financial backing. We know he’s not an awful manager due to past results and runs we’ve been on. I also just don’t see any managers that fit the bill for Southampton FC available, if we get Dyche in the season ticket for next season is being ripped up. Our main worry in my opinion is Prowsey, he’s all but kept us up this season and I really don’t see why he would stay. He’s got a World Cup coming up which it seems he might not get called up for if he’s playing in a lacklustre saints side. And if we do lose him, he’s pretty much irreplaceable.

Perraud positionally is woeful, similar to Tino but we need a good defender on Raphinha and KWP is mustard

I would imagine that Chelsea would give their allocation away for free to season ticket holders etc. That way they can still get in stadium support to give the players a boost

Mutual mates with u18 lad Jem Hewlett who’s also featured in the 23’s this season, his dad is also my driving instructor😂. Good young lad with a head on his shoulders. Not the tallest centre back but is a natural leader, another one to look out for!
