!960,s River plate shirt. Looks good 50 years on.

Personally I think the plain sash design works best, will need to incorporate some reference in the design for the 125 year significance so keep it simple and it'll be a classic piece of design rather than fashionable for now. You only have to look at the 90's kits to see how a design goes out of style.

That sounds like most of the rumour i've read/heard

I don't seem to be able to see the 3 shirts from Geckosaint.

Got in the queue at 6 this morning and got Block 41 tickets just after 9am. Nicola Cortese was out at half 6 followed by free tea and coffee from the club. Could you imagine that happening before this season.

The 'new' takeover is being disputed by Al Mirage! With a legal challenge maybe the money won't be in place for the high court

They normally do for the skate games i've been to at sms

Will be my 5th not including AK's testimonial, all at home, all victories. First in 96, missed the league game in nov 04, as I was getting married in Thailand, I did however see it on Tv in Bangkok.

In 96 I queued at 11pm the night before and had a right laugh with the other die hards. Will be down about 6am tomorrow

I couldn't get the sunday off of work without alot of negotiation, saturday will do for me!!!! A semi final and the skates in 1 week

Whatever way they do it will upset some. ST holders should only get 1 ticket each in my opinion as the ticket offive will sell on a restricted general sale to keep the police happy. There could be 12k tickets who they will have no control over. It is too sensitive letting these tickets go to anyone. Looking at it from a safety point of view from the old bill.

We have done something this season in the cup that we have not done since 1976, but what?
-
Not neccesarily a legend club wise, although he oversaw the rise of a few legends as youth team coach. But definately a city legend who has raised a smile as a sotonian on the radio. I remember bumping into him in Cardiff in a pub before the cup final, bloody funny bloke in 'real life' as well!

More complicated than that tbh honest as players are cup tied for different cups. Eg Fonte can play JPT but not FAC and Barnard the other way round. Seabourne can't play in either cup so you can see the fun we have.

Got to say Claridge talks the game in a realistic light. Was on the train from Waterloo and had a chat with him for the trip home about loads of stuff. He always enjoyed the banter at St Marys, thinks PFC is a joke nowadays. He knows the game from top to bottom from managing Weymouth to playing in PL. He lives just outside Titchfield. His column on bbc site is always a good read.

I dare say if we get a good result on Wednesday then the crowd will be inflated for home tie.

We have the option of another 1000 if we sell out. Home game will probably sell out as the link to a wembley ticket is there. Getting mine in the morning.
