I do some work for MOSI (Museum of Science & Industry) in Manchester. Just setting up social networking programmes for them now. I agree that MOSI like Science Museum etc is aimed towards children but that's no bad thing IMO. They get coach loads every day which is good and do special things during holidays to get people in also. What is crap about MOSI is that some of the other things get ignored. For example, the gas lamps never work properly in the gas gallery and many of the interactive screens are dead a lot of the time. I appreciate everything costs money but it's always bad when exhibits don't work properly.

They haven't won any yet and, let's face it, you don't need to be bankrolled to get the BNP vote out in places like Burnley. So I'm not sure they do have enough concentrated support anywhere.

Art is right. We need to keep Svensson but as a coach, not a first choice player. It's ridiculous to expect other central defenders to feel settled if they think that Svensson is in the background as a preferred player.

I think the point is that JP said after the Plymouth game that we might do well next season if we can keep our younger players... That seems to say to me that he realises that they will likely be sold if in demand. At least he's realistic and has his pal Wotte doing what he can to push a few more through to make up for it.

I used to hitch from Liverpool to Soton when I was a student to save cash (occasionally having been sent train fare by my folks) so I have picked up a few hitchers in the past who look like they are today's student generation. They've all been fine but I must admit I do look at them a bit carefully before pulling over! I'm sure everyone is the same. Probably the weirdest one was a very short hitch from middle of manchester to the Trafford Centre. Why would there be a reduction? The council has to pay the contractors more money to collect different things and then separate them further at the depots. It's more about your conscience and doing your bit IMO.

Also in a Tory council I have four! Grey - landfill Black - glass, tins, plastic bottles Green - garden Blue - paper & cardboard. It's confusing at times though when Thursday comes to remember which bin s to drag out. That said, I'm in favour of it.
