  1. REDEMPTION DAY | Uncharted with Southampton FC Women Ep.4 - YouTube
  2. They certainly are. Still going all out to get the 7th right up until the final whistle. Very high motivation and work ethic throughout the whole team. Very refreshing to see.
  3. They are a very watchable team. Highly motivated, well coached and they look as they thoroughly enjoy it.
  4. St Marys
  5. So Wolves will be the opponents in the National League Final Play off if Saints make it. Venue -so approximately equidistant stadium easily reached convenient for both sets of fans?. Yep, you guessed it. Stockport County 21st May.
  6. Don't think you'll have long to wait-they'll be back with new proposals . Really enjoyed game at Totton yesterday-despite the gulf in abilities of the two teams.
  7. Utterly barmy...especially as the average fan is more than likely disappointed/disillusioned/pissed off/bored/frustrated with his/her team on any given day.
  8. Utter crap
  9. Perhaps the men would be willing to forego a very modest part of their wages to fund and help with the ladies' footballing development. Now that would be a statement. I won't hold me breath...
  10. 2006 Won 3-0. Rasiak2 and Skacel for me.
  11. The Saints Women Development team walked their division this season and beat West Brom 4-0 in the Reserve cup final yesterday . Two or three of them have made good cameos with the first team . Suggests things are very healthy...
  12. There's no margin for error as Ipswich look capable of winning all their remaining games. 4 out of 5 are at home and the remaining one is at the lot down the road.
  13. Heavy pitches have had an effect and there has been a fair amount of squad rotation going on to manage the workload. I'm looking forward to the raft of home matches at the end of the season. The standard of football exceeded my expectations. They are a very enthusiastic and watchable team and Snows stadium is a decent venue.
  14. Still got the play 10 games Including a cup final before the 2nd May, including Ipswich away and Oxford at home.
  15. (1) Southampton FC Women Supporters Group (unaffiliated) | Facebook Not run by the club-granted and still fairly new but getting better.
  16. First step of many accomplished. Won 4-0 at Cardiff. Academy side won 5-0 and crowned champs.
  17. I'm a bit surprised the club hasn't been battering down your door to get at your special in depth analysis and knowledge of the womens game Me-I just turn up and watch em and follow the new Twitter and Facebook accounts which are much improved since this thread started.
  18. Correct. Plus we went all the way to the final in two comps and deep into the FA Cup.
  19. Hope I'm wrong but I think it's a bridge too far. Too many games to fit in despite having a reasonably large squad.
  20. We have to play Oxford twice . Ipswich and Oxford have to play each other . Hope I'm wrong but I have a feeling the barmy schedule will do for us this season. Even if we do win this league we then have to fight the Northern Premier League winners for the one available Championship place.
  21. Same level as Saints but in the Northern section. About 4th in league...
  22. Won 2-0 today in League cup semi. Huddersfield T in final TBC
  23. Pitches have got worse also.
  24. ...and not slip up in all the other games as well...
