Still banging this drum then is he. Continuously throwing his players under the bus is old Ralph. he’s had 4 years to teach them how to do their job properly. If he can’t, then let’s get someone in who can then please 👍
-
Horrific. Truly horrific. I can’t for the life of me understand why we didn’t pull the trigger in the summer. A fresh start for all.
-
Ralph has a habit of falling out with players, especially strikers. So I wouldn’t at all be surprised.
-
Not that they wouldn’t get in any other team, they couldn’t even get in ours last season… As things stand, I’d argue our starting 11 on Saturday will probably be weaker than the 11 that started the last game of the season… worrying.
-
SR haven’t let us down, but they’ve not set the world alight either. We’re still signing players in that 10-15m price bracket, just that we’ve got a few more of them this window. Whilst I like what we’ve done, we have signed a lot of unproven ‘potential’, which could massively backfire on us. the likes of Delap and Mctee were raved about on here, but it looks likely both will be playing in the championship next season. In short, I like what they’re trying to do, but it’s a massively high risk gamble. Ill reserve judgement on them until the start of next season, I think.

I love it, one of the best we’ve had in a long time imo. A Simple design. I usually buy a training shirt each season, just to lounge around in. I’ll probably get this one, this year. JD logo on the sleeve is dreadful though.
-
If SR had anything about them they’d go out and get it #DONE with Dembele and Broja tomorrow. Combined cost of £60-£70m is fuck all once we’ve shifted all of our deadwood to the championship.
-
Would say it’s almost 100% a kid on a wind up, or a skate… both as thick as each other I guess.
-
Early days, I know, but I think Lavia will really help with this. Seems like he wants to get on the front foot and get the ball forward. Something we lack with JWP and Romeu.
-
Aye? It was a pre-season friendly, Hardly ‘thrown in at the deep end’. These games are Literally used to get players accustomed to styles of play etc. I very much doubt he’ll start agains Tottenham.
-
I think it’s time for us to move on. A shame, clearly a really talent kid. Got bags of potential and even if he does / did want the move here, I’m not sure Chelsea want to sell… especially within our budget. Move on look elsewhere.. if we haven’t already.
-
Oh I really do wish A former poster was still about to see all this. The current European champions being interested in a player, who the former European champions don’t want to sell. The same player, that he spent all last season, trying his hardest, to point out was shit. Meanwhile, he with a higher ceiling is being linked with errrr Watford on loan. classic.
-
Give it a rest you prat. You know what I meant.
-
On a side note, McCarthy beaten at his near post again… we really cannot start the season with him being number 1. Dreadful.
-
First half I thought we were terrible, second half I thought we were brilliant. like the look of Airbo, think he’ll do well.
-
Yep. He was there last night with his family, unfortunately not football (transfer related). As I’ve said before though, he is keen on a return to us. If Chelsea let him go, I’d be pretty confident we’ll get him.

I wonder if Soccer Saturday would have been as successful, if they had a panel of people, like her, who seemingly didn’t even know a goal had gone in.
-
Didn’t catch the game last night, but have seen a few clips online. Looks like it was real edge of your seat stuff based on this SSN commentary.
-
If I earned enough, I’d do the same as well. Fuck paying for you lazy, useless, bitter pricks.
-
Fair enough, many people genuinely do though. It’s rather odd. Like SFC4prem using “he’s still a Tory” as an insult. Strange behaviour.
-
Do you realise how much of a thick c*nt it makes you look, to group everyone as a twat because of their political stance.
-
Unfortunately, rather than trying to make something of themselves, many in this country would rather just be jealous of those who are successful. Probably why we’re on our knee’s. With Tiss and potentially a Tory PM endorsing our club, could we have 2 of the uk’s most hated people on Twitter supporting us? Fantastic stuff to rile up the wokeists. Welcome Rishi.

We thought we had an option and didn’t, in that case. Or more so that it wasn’t as watertight as we thought. Slightly different now providing we actually do our homework on the deal. If at the end of the season they don’t want to play for us anyway… what’s the point in having them?
-
Clearly don’t know how options to buy work, do you smarty pants
