  1. I don’t disagree with this. Still, doesn’t mean he’s right for us. We need a manager to get the best out of what we have… Ralph isn’t.
  2. I think he’ll take another job in the future, but I think he’d be foolish to rush into another job, especially in the PL. He needs some time away to find himself and his style again. His intense nature must take it out of him. He certainly looks broken.
  3. A bit like saying, “I’m autistic, I remember everything, it happened” as evidence of your claim. If there were boos at the end of the Huddersfield game, it could have been aimed at anything, the ref, the players, sammy the saint. “I heard boos on the radio, therefore fans wanted him out after 10 games” is a ridiculously weak argument.
  4. There is a select few who will not blame Ralph regardless of what happens. They could find Ralph in bed with their wife and they’d tuck him in. He’s had every excuse under the sun given to him. Not his squad, injuries, bad eggs in the camp and now ‘but we didn’t sign a striker’. Some of them justified (injuries), others just absolute cop outs to void Ralph of any responsibility. Yes we didn’t sign a striker this season, but we’re not even playing well, we could stick Haaland up there and our pedestrian build up would just isolate him. In fact, over the past 4 years, brilliance in the form of 2 exceptional runs of from 2 strikers (ings then Broja) and JWP turning Free kicks into penalties, papered over a lot of cracks. If Ralph hadn’t managed RB, was English, looked like Steve cooper and spoke like Puel, he’d have been out the door a long, long time ago.
  5. Rubbish as per, Mr War. Probably why you’re on your 3rd account 😂
  6. That’s not what has been said at all
  7. Thoughts on Ralph. I said it about Puel and I intend to remain consistent. Regardless of how you think he’s performing / performed, he’s lost the dressing room and therefore needs to go.
  8. I still find it utterly bizarre that the CEO, who had no intention of stepping down/leaving was allowed to cherry pick our next owner… who’ve conveniently kept him in charge. Talk about a vested interest.

Good to see they’ve let mental manji use the computers at the mental asylum again tonight.
  10. Theres a whole thread on a meltdown about our head of recuirtment leaving, yet there is also some people who think the window was that bad that Redmond would improve the squad. i don’t think I’ve seen a fan base so split 😂
  11. I think the real question you should be asking here, Manji, is was Shields ever at City or was it all just made up by the western media… you mugs will believe anything.
  12. He’s changed his tune… I thought us fans were arrogant for expecting better!? surely a club batting to stay in the PL and lucky to be there can’t expect staff to stay when they’re offered a chance to join a CL club..!!!!
  13. If City wouldn’t sell them to us (with a buy back clause almost certain to be in there), they’re not going to sell to Chelsea….
  14. All jokes aside, I wonder if SR have decided they would like to take a more active approach in transfer dealings? (Pretty sure I saw somewhere that Rasmus was the main negotiator in a few deals this summer). Tbf, can’t say I blame Shiels for leaving, he’s been offered a once in a life time opportunity, you don’t really turn the likes of Chelsea down…
  15. It’s time to get the band back together Rasmus….
  16. I mean, clearly, I was joking.. but it doesn’t matter if City trigger the buy back clause. If the player would rather go to Chelsea, he can.
  17. All part of the Chelsea’s master plan to get Lavia. City would never sell him to chelsea. Get this little bald midget to come to us, convince City to sell them, then fuck off to chelsea and take him with ya… Sneaky bastards. Would never have happened under Cortese. The bald fella’s head would be outside St Mary’s just at the thought of using us like that.
  18. Agree. He’s not any worse than Adam Armstrong..
  19. So the 4 that actually start are competitive, those who don’t (the really young ones) aren’t there just yet… shock horror. The biggest issue here is that previous solid performers l, JWP, Stu, Che have all significantly regressed.
  20. To be fair, we clearly tried and got played / fucked around by the agent / club of that lad at PSV. From what I’ve seen, he certainly appears to have been the missing link. That being said, I think the fact we no longer have an Ings or Broja, it goes to show that Ralph’s good runs we’re basically off the back of a top quality striker rather than his own performance.
  21. Who of the players we’ve signed and start, do you not think are good enough to be competitive?
  22. It’s because the likes of JWP, Stu Armstrong and Che have significantly regressed. We’ve not been able to get the best out of Adam Armstrong, ever. He literally come as nothing more than a decent goal scorer, he’s void of all confidence and now can’t even do that. Our back 4, especially CB’s are arguably the best since Fonte / VvD. Put it this way, a club of our size won’t get much better than JWP, Salisu, ABK, Perruad. “Far from competitive” is just a total load of shite. We had people arguing we had a stronger squad than Villa a year ago ffs.
  23. Rubbish. KWP, Salisu, Bella-Kotchap, Lavia, JWP (arguably) are all top 10 players. It’s yet to be seen how good the likes of CC & AMN are, but they come with a decent enough reputation to say they are solid enough PL players - along with the likes of Aribo, Stu Armstrong and Che (arguably). For me, the jury is out on the likes of Bazunu, Our LB’s, Odozie - all whom have potential but maybe not the consostenty to be considered solid PL players. In short, I’d say that at least 8 of our starting 11 are players who are comfortable mid-table premier league players.
  24. Rejected wolves because his father is ill. I know we’ve an airport with direct links to Spain in 2 hours, but I highly suspect, he’d reject us for the same reason..
  25. This is the problem. Imo semmens position became untenable the moment we had the last fans forum and he said what he did. New owners were supposed to bring optimism. We were never going to be a city, Chelsea, Newcastle but there was hope we could ‘punch above our weight’ and be a Leicester (I.e us under poch Koeman etc.). Regardless of ambition of the club, performances and results for the past 30+ games are completely unacceptable.
