If anyone is upset that they’re not earning 120k a week, then seriously let them go. Other than JWP (who’s probably on about that anyway) and maybe KWP, absolutely no one else deserves anything close to that figure. Maybe upsetting the wage structure and fucking off all the over hyped shite is the best way to go. Id much rather have Tarkowosk on 120k a week than Bednerak, Stephens on close to that. Likewise for attacking options, I’d much rather we pay for quality than have Long, Walcott, Moi, Redmond etc. Eating up the best part of 200k and offering us fuck all.

Wouldn’t mind Beattie getting a look in as a coach. Management experience (all be it very limited) and was assistant to Monk at Birmingham. Worked with Che in the past, and seemingly got him firing. We’re going to need someone who can really work with the defence as well. Also need someone tactically astute, in the mould of Rohl, to assist and help Ralph and manage the squad day to day.

To be fair, I thought / think Sparkes has done a decent job. We’ve definitely seen an improvement in the keepers if Forster is anything to go by. Don’t know a great deal about Kitzbicher, but isn’t he basically a analyst? and in the grand scheme of things has been here for a fairly short period of time (waiting for MLG to MLG me on this one). The other 3 have been useless for years now, especially Watson. Kelv is a decent enough bloke but offers us nothing and Fleming again, very average. All round, a good move by the club imo.

Diallo hasn’t been played in his natural / best position. He was brought as a backup / replacement for Romeu, however he’s more realistically a back up / replacement for JWP. I like him, given a run of games next to a proper DM, I think he would add something different to our midfield. I think people were expecting a knock off Kante when he signed, he’s absolutely not that.

Oh no, what a shame. I really hope we can cling on to him. Would be a massive loss and would improve many clubs in Europe. £20m is an absolute steal….. (Just in case a interested party is reading, I’m absolutely not being sarcastic. He’s brilliant and not total shite, I promise..)

Personally I’d have pulled the trigger on Ralph Sunday night, but if the club have faith in him, then this sounds like the next best alternative. Were stale and getting worse. We need some fresh ideas. Will a new coaching set up help? Who knows, but if Ralph isn’t willing to listen and take on their feedback (speculating a bit there), it doesn’t matter who we have as back room staff. It could be that Ralph just doesn’t rate them, so is trying to take on too much himself. In that sense, I don’t blame him. From the outside looking in, I’d say the best coaching staff we’ve had was that under koeman. I’d love for us to get Erwin and sammy Lee back.

This is such a stupid argument. Just because a manager has a relegation on their CV doesn’t make them a bad manager. Much like Howe at bournemouth, keeping Burnley in the league for 5 or so seasons was a huge achievement. Like Howe, like Southgate, they could move on to another job and do very well.

Strange. They’d both offer us more in the 10 games they’re available for, than other other no10’s can all season. Bale is a seriously underrated player (not throughout his career, but now), get him motivated and he can still be one of the best in the world. He turns up time and time again for Wales.

If this Itchen South idea gathers momentum, they’ll just bump up the price in this area as well. The reason it’s cheap, is because it’s full of kids.

Since Koeman, Our best runs / performances have come under Ralph but but the worst have as well. Puel, by in large, the most consistent manager we’ve had since Koeman. We need better players, but we also need a better manager.

They could easily get a draw against Arsenal, who have been rubbish for the last 2 games, which would put them ahead of us. It’s incredible when you consider form and league table 10 or so games ago.

Yes, agreed, but if we can use the money from his sale to replace him L4L as a CM and get a striker capable of replacing his goals, We’d arguably be stronger as a result.

Personally I don’t see JWP going as a bad thing. He’s one of our more saleable assets and would cast a relatively high fee, which would allow us to strengthen in other areas. Free kicks aside; he’s very replaceable imo.

I suspect, The only reason they were chosen was because it kept semmens and Co. in a job.

Have it on very good authority, that he’s fallen out with Ralph. Apparently he wasn’t best pleased when Ralph explained why Long was getting game time ahead of him and AA basically told him, in no uncertain terms, what he thought.

It’s the same bloke who was in charge of those as well. Sacked as GK coach so, given a speciality role in charge of set plays even after that shambles of that euros. What does Watson have on the club? Between him and Kelv, that is a proper job for the boys. Get rid of both.
