poor from prowse there. Expect better, we were in then.
-
I’d take another 45 of that if we end up with a point, all but ending that horrible clubs hopes of the the title.
-
I think it’s the manor in which we’ve approached the game tbh. As someone said, it’s like we’re a L2 side playing a top PL side in the 3rd round of the FA cup. That being said, had we gone out full guns blazing and shipped 5 I would be the first to moan. Should we hang on to a point, you’d have to say fair play to Ralph but they are/were there for the taking. We’re letting them look good by affording the freedom of the city to knock the ball about.
-
Are you suggesting that our starting 11, who are motived like it’s a ‘champions league final’ (apparently), shouldn’t be very competitive against this Liverpool side?
-
We’ve been dreadful. 26% possession highlights that.
-
Has elyounoussi touched the ball? Forgot he was playing.
-
I get that all of these would start in our squad, but fuck me, we look terrified of them.
-
So glad we gave McCarthy a new contract. Another 2/3 years of anything fired at the near post going in 🙂
-
Minamino, why aren’t you celebrating you weird twat. You were here 6 months and hardly payed 😂
-
The alternative…. Djenepo, the only man who’s first touch is probably worse than 90% of the crowd.
-
Must admit, I thought it was a clear foul. Straight through the back of him, they’re given 9/10

To be fair, it’s one of those that is a bit of brilliance, but also a bit of luck. It’s really, really good defending to hold that line, but i always feel like it’s riddled with risk. Maybe I’m just old fashioned and would rather take the risk out and just win the first knock. I guess in the day and age of VAR, your chances of catching them offside are higher.

That is where Broja is at his best. More needed of that.
-
Yep; how I’ve seen it. Possibly because we’ve been so deep so far, but Redmond certainly playing a lot deeper on that left hand side than he usually would
-
No chance. We’ll be lucky to spend that post player sales.
-
Erkisen has pretty much kept them out of a relegation battle and has almost certainly improved their league position by 3 maybe even 4 places which probably pays for the deal it’s self. If livramento is anywhere near as impactful as Eriksen, he’s not here for 3-4 years. At this moment in time, he’s not even as good as KWP so he’s not improving the quality of the side. So, as per the original comment; it depends on your objective. We all know what this clubs objective is.

Do they seriously charge £70, just because it’s on the half way line? Do you get access to saints bar in the concourse for that price? I’m not interested in the ticket, Just curious..
-
Could you imagine this place if he had achieved with us what he did at bournemouth. Makes me laugh certain people claim he didn’t even do a decent job there 😂
-
Fair enough, certainly wasn’t pulling up any trees though. Howe has transformed him.
-
That doesn’t fit the narrative though mate. We’re lucky to stay up.
-
Yep, their player of the season is Joelinton. A player who couldn’t get a game under the previous manager. Howe has done a fantastic job.
-
Great news for us if true. Puts him in the market for us to take. it’s not true though. The fans love him, he’s changed the clubs playing style completely, they’re not gonna go back to a park the bus style under Jose.
-
I actually still think they’ll finish above us regardless of what happens today.
-
They’ve been on the so called proverbial beach for the last 3 months. We may as well let them enjoy the real thing. maybe it’ll get it out their system as seemingly Ralph can’t.
-
I know Tuchel 100% did, we spend ages trying to get him
