Enjoyable game- nervous at the end though- just wanted to shout out to anyone outside the family centre who helped me and my dad and my nipper after my dad took a tumble coming out the ground- quite a few people stopped and helped and the St Johns and the NHS practitioners who patched him up and looked after us till we could get him home!

On a similar note was impressed with our Euro ref's from Germany the other night- of course the penalty helped, but compared to premier ref's thought more was allowed to flow, and there were fewer 'soft' free kicks- Back on Sunday v Swansea, there seemed to be loads of small comings together where players fell in a heap and earned a free kick...So frustrating...

Me, my dad (>65) and my lad (age 9) have 3 seats in the FC and my lad has missed three/four games this season- mainly evening KO's as we travel down from Fleet. No problem not using the child's ticket, loads do around us in the evenings loads more space!...the issue is you can't replace the kids ticket with an adult, unless you move. No problem upgrading the seniors ticket though!

A midfield of Holder-Spooner and Farquar-Leaver would be fantastic....if he ever existed.. Anyway, can't wait for Bevis Mugabi to get in the first team...Reminds me of Bill Bailey's axis of evil sketch...We could try and get as many dictators and despots as possible...

Impressed with Mane today. Not just hoping forward but in his all round play including tackling and getting the ball back. Pelle also looked so inbilled and love seeing him and tadic...hard game but we are second!

Was at Palace in with the home fans, and in the section we were in were some young saints fans in shirts (~10 11 yrs old)- they were treated with respect and left to watch the game- if we can't return the courtesy......

Go with work a fair bit...strange city really...Grotty round the Eurostar station, with big park/woodland areas spread across the outskirts. Grand place is nice, and you can find some intriguing underground dungeon type bars selling trappist beers that cost you an arm and a leg....Typical euro city really..expensive and full of europeans.....

After watching both friendlies I think the saints players are best out of the England set up...I just think it is a collection of overhyped individuals..the difference between our team ethic and positive attitude is huge...oh well..

Shame his shot after that fantastic run and dribble was so poor! If he could just add that to his game- and I know he is a defensive MF-but he would be the complete player then!!

lallana's run down the line late in the second half was sublime....Great second half performance and deserved to of nicked all three points really....onwards and upwards- hope we put Fulham away now and keep this run going...

Always listen on a Friday, as it starts on my journey home. As most say, it is a 30 minute program, covering 3-4 diverse individuals who have passed away in the previous week or so.
