What we really need is "LUCK"! ie..no injuries to key players, post coming to our rescue when only leading by one goal etc. If Lady Luck is with us, then we have the attributes to succeed in geting to the playoffs. Best moments- coming back from 3 : 1 down against Ipswich in early 80s. Saints 3 Ars 2 when Tin Man scored. Worst Jan 08 losing 3 0 to Watford- no idea - players playing in wrong positions Special moments: In a bath listening to commerntry in the early 80s when Moran scored the winner v Pompy in the FA cup, with very little time left. Also, At a petrol station when Saints were playing Newcastle, in the 1990s and equalised with 3 mins remaining. As the commentator was bringing national radio up to speed the crowd erupted, the line went crackly and he mentioned Saints were 2 up...and within another minute Watson, I think, had scored the 3rd. I was a happy driver that evening!
