  1. Silverlake are heavily involved in the Skates aren't they? Someone once also told me (a good while ago) Pompey are involved with Sholing FC somehow.
  2. Oh shut up you twat.
  3. It is weird. The look on Ralph's face when Janke took out Mctominay had "I knew it" written all over it. And don't forget, a few days prior to that either Janke or his agent went very public criticising Ralph and the club for not playing him. If Ralph's fucked off with him to the point that he's playing literally everyone else instead of him, he shouldn't name him on the bench, it isn't fair on the lad. Mind you saying that, Ferry hasn't got on either. The weirdest one for me is Slattery, he was almost Ralph's love child at one point.
  4. You think that hit Che's shoulder last? Definitely?
  5. They really were looking for that. They were really trying to find the offside there. You couldn't honestly say that didn't come off the Boscombe defender. It was mentioned on TalkSport the other day, one of two things need to happen: - either audio is made public so that we can hear their reasoning - referees have to explain their decisions post game.
  6. They're going to cunting rule it out
  7. He also compared that goal to Michael Owens V Argentina in '98. Almost but not quite. That goal is still the best England goal I've ever seen.
  8. Redmond has ability he just doesn't do it enough. Also... This is Bournemouth.
  9. Exactly. IFAB 2020-2021 states the following for an offside determination: “The hands and arms of all players, including the goalkeepers, are not considered” These pricks either don't understand the fucking rules or they're flat out ignoring them.
  10. Probably agree with that tbf.
  11. Based on those 2 lineups I think we'll win quite comfortably. 3-1.
  12. It has that feel about it. For me, it depends how bad the loss is and how grim we are, not just the loss itself. I don't want to nail my colours to the mast just yet and declare 'Ralph Out' just yet. I need to see both team lineups today before I'll make my guess at the scoreline.
  13. Up until he got his break with us, McCarthy would have been right up there with crystal palace and then with us. He had to wait ages to get his chance for Fraser to drop off a cliff and then Angus Gunn being basically shit.
  14. Added to the fact that Redmond is 27 years of age. Was shocked when I Googled it, I assumed he was 24/25. At 27, he's not going to get any better. I'd say we got our monies worth out of him at £10M, if we put him up for sale I'd say we'd get about £8M and if that was offered we should be taking the arm off whatever club offers it.
  15. No and I'm sure he's vastly qualified for the job, he also ticks a pretty box that's been getting a lot of negative press too. That's my opinion and no amount of ping pong debate will change that.
  16. Didn't the players have a meeting or something and some of them said the fans were too negative or whatever. No fans in the Stadiums at the moment and our form is diabolical. I'm not sure what point is being made here or what point I'm trying to make but one thing is certain, Ralph needs to change whatever the fuck he's currently doing and regain some form.
  17. Grudgingly agree with all this. To the exception of no crowds. Having crowds wouldn't have made a difference, I sat through Pellegrino and the worst it got (collectively) was a few boo's at the end and early exits usually around 80th minute mark. I sit in 43 Northam and I witnessed a fight break out amongst ourselves because some loudmouth start slagging off Pellegrino and some nutter hit him with his Crutch, we aren't Newcastle or West Ham fans. If Ralph was at either of those, he'd be entering and exiting the stadium under personal protection detail. haha
  18. I'm mixed race (Black/White) and this just smacks of an equality appointment to appease the "lack of ethnic minorities" at Senior level within sport Agenda.
  19. I know this is going off track a bit but, I bet 10-1 if you asked the fan base who's football & manager they'd rather have out of those 2, it would overwhelmingly be Hughes. Pellegrino was the worst manager I've ever seen manage us. He must have lied his entire way through the Interview, he was abysmal. Edit to add here: Don't forget Puel had Van Dijk. Ralph has had an awful backline. I'm not Ralph out yet, but he's running out of credit.
  20. To the exception of Burnley and their recent buyout, I can't think of there ever being a takeover and the current manager has stayed in post. Usually these takeovers bring in their own pick. And Dyche I don't think will be there next season. Unless it's someone like Redbull buying us, just as an example and Ralph's history with them, if we get taken over this summer, I'm not anticipating going into next season with Ralph. That's just my take on it.
  21. Ha mate. It was nowhere near as bad as the got with Pellegrino. I've had a season ticket since 2010 and sat with the same group for 8 of them and it never got as bad as Pellegrino. It was so depressing going to games and the only reason I was going, was because of the best part of £500 quid my ticket costs and if the club had offered me a refund and I could have STILL retained my seat, I would have taken it in a heartbeat and the stadium would have been half empty every game. Puel's football wasn't edge of your seat stuff but you could at least see what he was trying to do. Coming back to Ralph, the thing that's planting it at his doorstep for me is him making it abundantly clear he wanted a small squad and it's grating on me to now hear him say there squad isn't big enough.
  22. I (personally) at that time, thought we should have stuck with Puel and I was one of the few in my circle that thought so. I think if we'd stuck with him we might have been a difficult side to play against. The fans just didn't like him because he didn't fist bump and wear a cap like Klopp.
  23. He is a hard nut.

    Coronavirus

Legend or not the bloke was off his rocker in the first lockdown and I reckon that's over half the reason he got sacked by Sky. Matt Le Tissier greatest hits include: "Bill Gates invented Covid as part of a plan to vaccinate everyone with a microchip". "More people die in car crashes than covid". Completely ignoring and/or ignorant of the fact car crashes aren't exponentially contagious. And... "Bill Gates bank rolled the assassination of a prominent African figure". Good grief.
  25. I find that creative more than shocking. I'd do it aswell if I could afford the penalty.
