My personal viewpoint is, I'd be willing to go into next season with Ralph on the premise he brings in a proper No2 to help him out pitchside in-game, because he's absolutely clueless. If he's too arrogant or stubborn to do that, then I'd bring someone else in. In any case, I think we're going into next season with him, but he won't get the run he's having now or any of the piss poor runs he's had. I also think if we get taken over, I think they'll bring in their own appointment.
