  1. Yeah. Last October. To be honest, you wouldn't even know they had any. Although there was a big protest against the local government in the centre whilst we were there.
  2. Another vote for Valencia. Great beach and was really hot even in October. Public transport easy to navigate and frequent. Old Town in the squares are great places to eat and drink.
  3. Much as I like him as a player not sure we can afford to take the risk on him. Even if we don't go up we are going to need a more reliable option for next season.
  4. It was written for him. Don't mind admitting when I eventually left thr ground I had tears in my eyes
  5. No question, Le Tiss against Arsenal, last league game at The Dell. Just for pure emotion. He's scored better no doubt, but just for the occasion alone it has to be that one.
  6. Was such a sweet hit. I was shouting at Archer for fuckin up the corner routine as it hit the net!
  7. Workmanlike and professional display. Felt we we were playing well within ourselves and could have stepped up another gear if we needed to. They offered very little, their one big chance they fucked up. Certainly have bigger tests in the next seven games
  8. Yep. Clear penalty. Could see the shirt pull from where I was. Quite how the ref chose to ignore it is anyone's guess
  9. He was particularly poor, no question. However, Downes and Matsuki got away with a couple of questionable fouls against Coventry. The beauty of no VAR in the Championship.
  10. Totally agree. Wasn't Bree's biggest fan since he joined, bit fair play to him. He's been a massive reason for our upturn in form.
  11. That was tense to say the least. Job done though after not playing particularly well. They are a decent albeit rather physical team, a stronger ref probably puts a lid on some of the challenges they made. Peretz immense, Azaz great game as well. Thought we lost control when Downes went off. All in all a very workmanlike performance, although counts for nothing if we don't win on Saturday.
  12. Article on the BBC website stating that Bayern might have to play a 16 year old in goal tomorrow in their Champions League game.
  13. Ohhh Matron! Someone more proficient at these kind of things can find the Kenneth Williams pic
  14. Save him for the Arsenal game
  15. Whole fuckin team is shite
