If Baz is willing to stay and play back up to Peretz for a season, I'd rather we divert our funds elsewhere.
-
Are we actively looking to get rid of Baz? Is there any indication that he would be willing to stay as back up keeper?
-
I like him as a player. There's something there to work with. Hopefully he can have a bit more of a productive impact this coming season
-
I could actually see them struggling to get out of their group. You'd think Turkey would win the group, Paraquay and the Aussies aren't mugs at this level.
-
Fair enough. I mean, I can't stand the guy so don't really care too much what club he fucks over next, even if it is Leicester.
-
Why is this forum still obsessed with Martin? It's approaching 400 pages now. I don't get it. He's about as relevant to me as George Burley, Rubes Selles and Nathan Jones.
-
He's probably what gets termed a confidence player. I remember up until that whack he got against Norwich when he was on the end of a horrific tackle, he was pretty decent.
-
Think he may end up at Hearts. They need a replacement for Shankland. Could be a decent move for him, Champions League football, well for a couple of games at least.
-
Thank fuck for that. We really needed to get him in. Will be Championship keeper of the season. Absolutely no doubt about that.
-
I remember being quite excited by his signing. Obviously that didn't last to long.
-
Actually, if he's getting to shag Liz Hurley it's a pretty good gig
-
Do you work for the MI6?
-
I actually don't mind both AB and JT. Certainly Tessem isn't backward in saying his views on the club or in match commentary. If you want co-commentators that just wank over their clubs for an entire game try listening to Guy Whittingham or whoever is doing the Bournemouth game.

Time to draw a line underneath all of this now. We know what direction the club are seeking to go, they obviously see a future with Tonda still at the wheel. Am still 50/50 as to whether he should go, my main fear is that the players will have lost all respect for him. However, I guess the club have sounded at the squad and decided that it's better to stick than twist. Obviously the cost of not gaining promotion is going to cost us a couple of outs, but if this is tempered by some astute signings and the majority of the squad staying it should stand us in decent stead. I would make signing Peretz an absolute priority if a deal can be done and he is willing to come back.

I fully understand what you are saying, but someone somewhere would have raised a flag regarding this at some point. I just don't believe this is systematic across the leagues in the UK.
