  1. Brighton... away - will do nicely :-)
  2. Nail on head...
  3. Played well - but once again just lacking a bit more firepower in front of goal.
  4. Lallana's goal... http://giant.gfycat.com/ShockedUnlawfulCoot.gif
  5. No Luke Shaw???
  6. Today's goal = made and scored by 2 England players. Were you watching Roy?
  7. Video of JayRods's goal today... http://giant.gfycat.com/BogusMadAdeliepenguin.gif
  8. just to add that if Wanyama gets booked against Villa, he'll miss the City game - and that'll mean no Wanyama or Morgan.
  9. Far Cry 3 is available for just £4.99 on Steam until December 3rd - down from £19.99 if anyone's interested. There are 100 game titles in the sale. Take a look. You might find something you like!
  10. Not half as much as his team mates!
  11. My heart says "Classy, quality, majestic Italian international footballer who will come good & fire us all the way to 4th position". My head however says "flop". :-/
  12. I'm sure Pochettino is going to want to spend the £12million-odd he'll get for Ramirez in January?!?! :-)
  13. I don't think people are doubting that Boruc is a very good keeper as such. However, recently he's also been a bit of a tít at times. The gaff up at Stoke ; the Hull goal last weekend ; and today at The Emirates. There is a lack of concentration in his game lately. It's fine & dandy when those gaffs don't matter, but sooner or later they will cost us points & undo all the very hard work the outfield team has put in - and all due to silly avoidable errors.

  15. I hope he's fit for the Arsenal game... which is much bigger & much more important than a friendly against Chile. Makes you question the training regime with England. Luke Shaw always gets knobbled when away with them - now Lambert & several others.
  16. Agree with that... except "Gaston - Uruguay international. Great ability. Needs game time." He doesn't need game time. He needs a transfer back to the European mainland asap.
  17. Good point - considering the dismal start. Great finish by Jay Rod from a superb ball by JWP (MOTM for me).
  18. The lads celebrated after one of them FINALLY agreed to become the bukkake circle-jerk target...
  19. Goals from today's game... http://www.101greatgoals.com/gvideos/manchester-united-1-southampton-1-all-goals/
  20. Anfield. A place that's very difficult to go to this season & come away with anything. If we score a goal up there - and lose - then I think even the most hardened of Saints fans will admire our effort & dogged determination to get something from the game. A home game against Sunderland - and a home game against West Ham however - without winning either - in a league where "you have to win your home games" - doesn't & shouldn't be something to clap about.
  21. Well at least Pochettino resisted the urge to bring Ramirez off the bench. It was far too wet & windy for Gaston to play today...
  22. That's true to a certain extent... ... ... but than I start to think of when we last scored during open play - or scored more than just once. Whichever way you look at it - it's a concern.
  23. Surely spending £35m in the summer was supposed to propel us forward a fair bit this time around... especially against the likes of Sunderland & west Ham - at St Mary's?
  24. £35m spent... and we're going backwards. Can't believe Jack Cork doesn't even make the bench yet again. For our home games at least, he should be replacing Wanyama. The reason Morgan isn't the same this season is because Cork's not alongside him. That game was crying out for pace - especially towards the end when West Ham were getting tired/cramp. But sadly, we don't have Puncheon on the bench anymore. Got to win your home games they say. And that's very true - especially against the likes of Sunderland & West Ham. But we haven't. And yes, we may have more points than this stage last season - but that's because we have had a much "easier" start than last season. Oh well, On to Liverpool away it is then. Pochettino needs this week to find himself a game plan for Anfield.
  25. On the plus side - Jack Cork is staying. Now Poch just needs to get him playing!
