  1. UnterhachingAhlen.Ingolstadt.Leipzig.Southampton. The premier league is considered as the best league in the world. It was a big chance for Ralph and he did not consider himself too big for the role, for sure. When you look at the career of Ralph, you can see that he always took over smaller teams, he developed and improved them. He never worked with stars so far. Even in Leipzig he had a young team to develope. I dont think, that he was on the list of a big club before he signed in Southampton.
  2. The development of a philosophy for the whole club is a really important step. I think, I know, where Ralph got this idea from. It was Ralf Rangnick, who implemented this system in the Red Bull world. Starting with the youth teams, FC Liefering, FC Salzburg. Salzburg won the youth champions league playing the unique football of Ralf Rangnick. I think, Hasenhüttl is inspired a lot of this Rangnick Pressing-Football, but he tries to improve it in many ways. And he is open minded and not stubborn, he make a step back, if he see, that he had made a step to much forward. Southhampton is a lot more than a one trick pony in the meantime. And this make it difficult to calculate.
  3. I am new in the forum, I am here because I am very interested in the career of Ralph. I know him since he was a child. I am very happy to see, how he fits in the league. Because there are speculations here, who could replace Ralph, as an Austrian I would know 2 managers who have the potential. The one ist Adi Hütter from Eintracht Frankfurt and the second is Oliver Glasner from Wolfsburg. Both of them went through the school of RB Salzburg. They used to work with young talents and how to develope them, and they know the pressing style from Salzburg. It is very similar to way Ralph Hasenhüttl is playing. One level below, there is Gerhard Struber. He comes also from the RB Salzburg school. He did a very good job in the Austrian league, and he did a very good job at Barnsley too. Now he is the Manager of RB New York.
