I knew an old boy who used to play for Brighton (I think) when wages were capped at a tenner. He earned £8 a week basic, plus bonuses of £1 for a draw and £2 for a win. In the summer he was laid off and was not paid at all.

Was wishful thinking really. Presumably fans leaving the Kingsland will be forced to turn right and make a circuit of the stadium to access coaches parked in Chapel Road. Not great if pushed for time and/or not very mobile.

I'm in the same boat as you - literally. This from FAQ's: Away coaches will now be parking on Melbourne Road meaning home fans will be directed away from using Melbourne Road or accessing the stadium on the Kingsland/Chapel corner. If you currently use this route, you’ll be directed along Marine Parade or you'll need to use one of the other entrance points to the stadium. Perhaps they'll now move coaches for ferry and station to Northam end.

I think we know the MFD checklist: 1) Book Oriol at first opportunity 2) Allow Man City players to foul with impunity any time Saints look to break 3) Book any Saints player who might be winning the individual battle 4) In attacking third allow dubious ‘advantages’ instead of awarding free-kicks 5 In other areas allow non-existant ‘advantages’ especially when Saints are under cosh 6) In the unlikely event of Saints actually scoring, spend an age with var looking to disallow I’m sure there are some I’ve missed.
