AS good as Oriel is don't be surprised if he struggles to regain his place. This kid Diallo is the real deal and will just get better. He'll soon be one of the first names on the team sheet.

Play a reasonably strong side and make certain of the win because we have a genuine chance in the FA Cup this season and do not want to tempt an upset. Go strongly for the FA Cup because we can beat any side under Ralph. Don't make wholesale changes and risk messing up this opportunity.

Superb performance from everyone of the team plus subs. All contributed to get that win over the line. A special shout out for Diallo. Considering his limited game time that was an unbelievable midfield performance. He was everywhere, read the play superbly, tackled and harried, popped up in defence for vital interceptions and was brilliant when turning his opponent and driving forward. To think he is only going to get better and gives Ralph a tough decision when Oriel is fit again.

We have gone from being positive, vibrant and entertaining to being negative, sluggish and boring to watch. Gone is the side that harries and pressed to win the ball high up the pitch to be replaced by a side whose first thought is to play the ball back towards their own goal and move at walking pace as though that is going to cause the opposition any problems. That was about as turgid as it gets. No real positives other than the fact that Antonio didn't score the almost inevitable late winner. Back to the drawing board Ralph because that was nowhere near good enough.

Good first ten minutes when we drove at them but then settled into playing it backwards more than forward. Need to be getting on the half turn instead of repeatedly going backwards. Djenepo needs to get himself more involved and look for space as he is too static. Either get it forward quicker and give them problems or we will run the risk of losing this.

Spurs fans finding out that Jose only signed Hojbjerg to help protect slender leads. They are dross to watch.

I'd have accepted that if it had been one of our players handling and a penalty was given. Very clear arm movement towards the ball and no surprise that Moss couldn't or maybe wouldn't see it even with the benefit of slow motion from various angles. Clear and obvious all day long.

It wasn't borderline. Unfortunately Moss was on VAR duties - say no more.

Watch the slow motion replay and you will see the Fulham player make a clear and obvious movement towards the ball with his arm. It's a penalty.

Just watched the highlights on the Southampton FC official site. It was 100% a penalty because the Fulham player moves towards the ball with his arm. Only slightly but enough to signify that his intentions were deliberate.

McGoldrick and Sharpe.

Simple, the guy is meant to pull his arm out of the way so that the ball doesn't hit it. If not then he has clearly intentionally used his arm to block the ball - ergo it's a penalty.

The commentators also mentioned the poor quality of the playing surface a few times which wouldn't have helped our passing game.

Game lacked quality and we clearly missed Ings, Vestergaard and Romeu (although Diallo did well). Shout out to Stephens for the late block and he was certainly more solid second half. Shame about the two offside goals - correct but small margins. Penalty was nailed on for me and should have been given. Not sure how anyone can argue against such a clear handball in the box. Overall we deserved to win as Fulham hardly troubled us and I cant remember any saves from McCarthy.

Stephens worries me every time he receives the ball. He is an accident waiting to happen. We should betaking off Long and bringing on Djenepo and play him down the middle as I think his pace would give Fulham problems. Otherwise this has all the hallmarks of games we lose one nil.

Hojbjerg getting slaughtered by Spurs fans on Twitter today. Them chickens is coming home to roost. The guy is a no trick phoney and getting found out big time.

Diallo in for Oriel who is suspended and Theo up front assuming Danny will be missing. Won't be easy but we should have enough to win this one.

The boys put in a great team effort today and just came up short against a side brimming with quality players. I think if Ingsy had not got injured we might well have taken a point at least. City knew they'd been in a game and I'm sure Pep was relieved to get the three points. Think Ralph maybe got the sub wrong when Danny went off - might have been better to stick Theo up top with Adams and bring on Armstrong. Nit-picking really and I guess Tella was raring to have a crack after scoring a few for the second string but he's clearly not ready at this level. We would have comfortably beaten most sides with that level of performance and currently we are not quite there against the big boys but that is understandable. Big Jan's long range passing was out of this world.

Watched the Liverpool Spurs game and still don't get all the plaudits being given to Hojbjerg. I made a point of studying his performance and all I saw was a complete and utter donkey summed up in one instance where he was completely outplayed and outpaced by a Liverpool player and embarrassingly clung on to his shirt and wrestled him to the ground for which he was booked. Saw him do very little other than plod about in front of the back four looking like a fish out of water. Spurs are welcome to him.

Lemina is an idle player who has stolen a living. Will never amount to anything or put together a run of decent performances.

Nearly 80 minutes gone and Lemina goes off - he must be blowing out of his arse. Maybe he thinks if he puts a shift in Klopp will buy him. Lazy fecker.
