He should be working off the mistakes in training and the Under 21's, not in the first team that is struggling for wins as it is. I agree he looks a great prospect and has all the attributes but personally I think he doesn't look quite up to it yet.

For me, Davis is the best of a bad bunch. Gazza was absolutely devastated after his error in the Swansea game and literally ran off the pitch at the end, imagine he felt similar (though not as bad due to the result) about the QPR gaff. He's been thrown in at the deep end when clearly not ready due to poor management during the transfer window and IMO this is only going to be detrimental to his development.

Personally I would have KD. We got hammered at Arsenal, we won't be the first or the last to get battered there and he paid the price for it, despite some truly shambolic defending in front of him. Gazza has been at fault for 2 goals in the last 2 games now and had a few other dodgy moments in the QPR game. I haven't seen anything from him to suggest that he is ready yet. The goalkeeping problem should've been addressed in the summer (the Boruc panic signing clearly hasn't worked), alas it wasn't and we're having to try and scrape through to January like we are in a couple of other positions.

Good news. We should be able to scrape a draw after some suicidal defending costs us once again.

If you want a quiet beer, head over to Goodison before the game and drink around there. We drank around Anfield before the Everton game; decent boozers, 10min walk from the ground, nice and quiet and no mongs throwing beer down themselves whilst singing OWTS out of tune.

I'll back the coaching staff's judgement, they are the ones who see him day in, day out. They quite clearly don't think he's up to it.

The people singing the song may not have been directing it at him because of his skin colour, but because of his skin colour, people on here automatically assume the worst. That is discrimination in the first place. I don't look at a black person as black, just another human being. I'm constantly shot down on here for assuming the worst of the club without hearing both sides of the story. Though it would appear that logic only applies to the masses when it suits them. It's because he's not good enough, like I said all along. Though he runs around a lot and we have a catchy little song for him, so in the eyes of the majority on here, that makes him a great player.
