  1. I went to see Hearts v Rangers a couple of months ago. Skacel was dire, gave the ball away everytime he got it and was subbed after an hour. The entire ground was all stood doing that worshipping thing as he walked off. Seems they're easily pleased up there.
  2. The most frustrating thing about last night was that other teams around us once again dropped points but so did we. We're not gaining on anyone or putting any distance between us and our rivals. We're just plodding along with them.
  3. I reckon there were more Saints fan's at Gigg Lane than Burscough fans. There was 6 of us, 5 just to the right of us and a few others around and about according to this forum alone.
  4. Also went to Gigg Lane to see FCUM. Brilliant vocal support. Literally did not stop singing for 90mins and plenty of original songs. Had a decent day out.
  5. Bring your megaphone along to this one, Dan. I'll bring the flares and smokebombs. SFC ULTRAS
  6. L1 was fun for a season. This year, the novelty has worn off. It's dull and boring playing in empty, silent stadiums.
  7. I assume they've spoken to the Preston Medical Staff to confirm that? Or did some flat cap wearing, Northern monkey post it on a PNE forum and it's now taken as gospel? I would love him as captain, he's a box to box midfielder who drives the team forward. Hammond is a donkey who is only capable of passing 5 yards sideways, makes a couple of rash tackles here and there and can't shoot for sh*t. Chaplow also helps bring out the best in Schneiderlin, who has looked quality when playing with Chaplow.
  8. You're a moron. Does that mean we were all knobheads when we were in the Premiership? Were we all clueless but now thanks to our team being sh*t we're all uber fans? You're right, the 2,000 Yeovil fans that pay £15 a ticket and sit in silence the entire game are far better than the fans at White Hart Lane who sell it out every week, pay £40 for the privilege and make a right racket.
  9. Are you for real? Manchester United are one of the biggest clubs in the world, if not the biggest. Every little thing that happens there is going to be reported as it will be of interest to their enormous worldwide support. We are a small club playing in the 3rd divison who little to no one outside of Hampshire cares about. It would be a bit like the media totally ignoring the Tories so they can report a bit more on the Green Party. I really do despair of our cluesless, deluded fans.
  10. Quality terrace, shame it will be no more after this season:
  11. The people who queued overnight were attention seeking morons. I know a mate who popped down at 7am on his way to work and had his tickets in hand by 7.30am. Or just use the internet, phone, or give it a couple of days and get your tickets when the fuss has died down.
  12. I'll be going to Cardiff, so I'm not bothered.
  13. Your seat is reserved until Monday, there is no rush. Today everyone would have been diving on as soon as they went on sale, it's in peoples nature to do things like that. Just wait until tomorrow and I imagine there will hardly be a wait.
  14. Brilliant result and performance. Great trip and well worth the journey and a day off work. Was even worth being 30mins late for work today as I slept through my alarm this morning. I believe Oldham had only lost once at home this season conceding 10 goals in the process before last night. Makes it even more impressive.
  15. Personally, I think only those going to Oldham away should get a ticket.
  16. Seabourne is a decent enough back up, but can't say I'd be that bothered if he left.
  17. I was there yesterday and confirm the chants were not funny, not original in anyway and that everyone who was joining in was in fact a c*nt.
  18. Our fans do that every game.
  19. Just go in the home end, they won't sell out.
  20. Better not! I'm still trying to claim a refund for my Hartlepool trains.
  21. I am going and can't wait. Hopefully I can get a ticket. If not I'm willing to pay £80 for one.
  22. Ha, I should've read everyones replies, just seen WESTIE SFC post above. In my defense I did see an Exeter shirt at some point.
  23. Saw quite a few Saints when I was out there for the 01/02 Series. Also, that Flybe shirt someone mentioned was actually an Exeter shirt.
  24. In all fairness, it's a bit backwards that we have to send in a letter in this day and age. Just do it online. You enter your customer number, enter your payment details, they then see who is eligible, take the payment and job done. They can leave the option of sending in a letter for those to simple to use the internet. Seeing as there will be a few ballots this season (Bournemouth, Brighton and Brentford) it would make sense. It's not that safe sending your CC details off in the post either.
  25. I assume when everyone is looking at the weather report, they're ignoring the actual temperatures. Friday night it's going to be -5c and reach a max of -2c during Saturday, the main problem won't be snow but will be a frozen pitch.
