The thing that worries me is with all this optimism around the club at the moment is that something will happen to ruin it all. It's just not in our clubs nature to plod along steadily, improving from season to season and getting on with things quietly. No doubt; Cortese will be charged with fraud, the club will be sold to Rupert Lowe's brother and Clive Woodward will be in charge by Christmas. Lallana will be sold to fund Lowe's Christmas party and the Doncaster Steam Train will once again take pride of place in the boardroom.

Did they receive a nice letter in the post reminding them that as it's the pre-season, they thought they'd whack some Season Tickets on sale?

There's no point comparing our support to those down the road. We're in a different league to them when it comes to support. It's a bit like comparing Cheryl Cole with Janice Battersby.

Just received my new Season Ticket and they've only sent out the voucher booklet. Not an entire new ST. So there goes my dreams of touting the duplicate vouchers.

I used to work on an MOD base and some gypos moved onto some wasteland next to the site, which was still owned by the MOD. The gypos ripped up the fencing and strolled on in. 5mins later, the heavily armed MOD police turned up and 10mins later the gypos were on their merry way. So there's your answer, get hold of a few machine guns then go and have a little chat with them.

We said similar things about L1 and failed to win that... twice! I fear some people are in for a serious reality check when the season starts.

I reserve 30 minutes every morning for a good clear out. It's regular as clockwork. Alarm sounds at 7.15, I'm on the toilet by 7.20. Without fail. Only downside is my need for a poo doesn't allow me a lie in at the weekends.
