I wonder how many skates will be arrested ....

Shame we couldn't get going "We'll see you in April, we're sending you down". -
What he said. If you weren't there, pipe down.
-
Keith and Amy was one of the greatest things to ever happen on the internet.
-
Been there the last two times we have played. Hoping it will be 3rd time lucky on Sunday...
-
I was aware of that. Having to explain that you made a joke when it was quite clearly intended as a joke has only served to make you look an even bigger gimp than you already did. I'd suggest you ask to borrow that gimp suit for Palace at home as well...
-
Glad I quoted you now after that edit of yours. Now everyone can see just how much of a gimp you made yourself look...
-
That picture of Beattie is at St Mary's, against the Skates.
-
The league table on the homepage also makes nice reading. Flying high above Spurs and Man Citeh after 30 odd games. How times change...

But they did provide a safe-haven for Al Qaeda, so that war is slightly justified. The original reason we invaded never actually existed and our government knew that all along. We went in to secure the oil fields, though Bush and Blair could hardly come out and say as much, hence the 'sexed up' documents etc...
-
Same here. Get some injections in that leg of his, sharpish. It's not as if Davis even kicks the ball these days. Just roll it out to Fonte as usual and everything will be fine...
-
If that was the actual reason for invading, then why haven't we done anything with Zimbabwe or Syria? It's no coincidence that the countries we invade to 'save' (Iraq and Libya) have vast oil fields...

I'll still be too busy crying from when he was announced in the starting XI. They will eat him alive at Fratton.
-
All part and parcel of being a footballer. I'm sure he's had worse sung at him...
-
This. De Ridder has made a decent impact in a fair few games this season off the bench, whilst Forte is quite simply one of the worst players I've ever seen.

The journey to Fratton begins tomorrow

Fair play to you mate. When we lost 1-0 down there, I was travelling around Australia at the time and flew home 10 days earlier than the others I was with so I could make the game. Not quite the same as you though. -
They are both rubbish sides and their league positions reflect that. Assume you weren't at the Doncaster game? They could barely string a pass together.
-
Shame that theory didn't quite stand up when we we lost to garbage like Bristol City and Donny.
-
Why? No one is forcing them to pay it and the seller would need an incentive to stay home instead of attending. Chuck a few quid on top and everyone is a winner.
-
If someone offered me a draw right now, I would take it. Preferably with us being 2-0 down with 5 minutes to go. Lallana breaks free in the 88th to pull one back, before a mad goal mouth scramble in the 94th minute sees Lambert smash it in and Saints fans piling over the advertising boardings going berserk.
-
Our away form has been poor all season, their home form has been decent. I reckon we will lose 3-1. They'll come out and batter us and we just won't be able to cope with it. This prediction is assuming Davis is in goal. Add another couple to the Skates total if Bart is in goal.

I went there with England and paid about €20 for a ticket. A proper Spanish ground and a great city. Even got the traditional welcome from the Spanish plod - a baton round the legs for doing nothing other than queuing up to get in the ground.
-
There was no other way to do it. Imagine the carnage if they tried to do another ballot and post the tickets out in time for them to reach everyone. Though if I'd missed out on one, having been to every away game bar 2, I'd be fuming and demanding to know why they didn't do a ballot.
-
Glad I was on the phone at 8.30 this morning. Surprised we sold them all in 6hrs. Thought they would've lasted until Monday. I bet loads of people were planning on getting them tomorrow at the Blackpool game.
-
I'm surprised our ticket office is capable of selling that many tickets in 3 hrs.
-
Who used to struggle to get a ticket at St Marys?
This Charming Man replied to Turkish's topic in The Saints
I know that. The point I'm making is there weren't thousands of people desperate for a ticket who could not get one. Internet forums weren't rammed with people begging for a ticket, were they? Did you have loads of mates asking if you could sort them out a ticket for it as the tickets sold out as quickly as our ticket office could sell them?
