  1. I had to mute it as the sound did my head in... Good video though.
  2. Voted again...
  3. Done my part for Le Tissier today...
  4. Still carrying injuries and looking tired as a result. A run of 'easier' games now should see us do alright.
  5. I only got into the road biking this year to try and get some miles in my legs to help improve my mountain biking. I've ended up doing more road biking this year though as it's a bit more convenient. Now it's cold and wet though, I hope to be doing more of the offroad stuff, I don't use Strava for that though.
  6. I'm in, just don't expect too much activity from me for a while as my bikes off the the road at the moment.
  7. seems legit...
  8. Does anyone else think the ref looks a bit... 'unfit'?
  9. No gaston?
  10. Im genuinely excited by this match, the two-week break has just added to the anticipation too. Roll on 3 o'clock...
  11. It's clear to see that we don't have the strength in depth of many of the big teams. regardless of when we spend, it's inevitable that we will if we wan't to go to the next level. With the international call-ups too, and as someone said in another thread, our boys are not going to have a relaxing summer if they make it to Brazil (which I'm sure they will). The question is then, do you bring in cover to sit on the bench or better players to replace what we have and potentially break up a winning formula? The big European sides manage having world-class talent sat on the bench to give them options, how do they do it? I should win a prize for this post for the number of football cliches you can fit in a sentence.
  12. Absolutely chuffed for the boys, great stuff. I've been saying to all my work colleagues for a while now (since the league 1 days) that we'll have a few players in the England set-up soon, wish I'd had a few bets now :-)
  13. Just bought my tickets for this. Taking the missus who doesn't have a great record of watching Saints wins so it doesn't bode well I'm afraid!
  14. Don't we already have the best centre back pairing in the prem?
  15. Looking at the line-ups, there'll be goals in this game. Watch it now be a 0-0, which I'd happily take to be fair!
  16. I didn't know that. I'll start paying more attention to the local rag now.
  17. This is like watching a championship game, really poor quality there.
  18. This is the first game in ages that I've watched as well as be on the forum. Jesus most of you are full of ****. Normally I just read the forum for what I thought would be a fairly accurate report on the match, having seen it for myself I know now to take the forum with a fairly heavy dose of salt.
  19. Good article until he states that harry rednapp is a top manager.
  20. My god that kit is an abomination.
  21. Born and raised in Brighton in a non-football family but sort of paid attention to the fortunes of Brighton. Moved oop north when I was 10 and told I had to support either man u or Liverpool. Was a big MLT fan so chose Saints instead, been a fan ever since. Was always an armchair fan until moved into a flat in Chester and found out my neighbour was a saint, we now go to as many away games as possible.
  22. I live nearish to Stoke, I wonder if I could use their travel to get to Southampton for the Stoke game ;-)
  23. hehe
  24. Victor wanyama fits quite nicely with copacobana in the Barry Manilow song... His name is Victor Victor Wanyaaaamaaaa I'm sure someone can expand on that.
  25. Brilliant!
