Was actually at the match the sort of game we would have lost in the old years dominating for two thirds of the match but failing to score. But this side is disciplined and patient and we got there with a lot to spare. Defensively brilliant with Leicester having just one shot on target all match! Great team great performance

I like this one though Southampton were mesmerising in the 1st half and bewildered Stoke; few teams would have lived with them. Stoke showed some fight in the 2nd half and had the chances to score but the finishing was again woefully poor. Fair result. As well as our defence plays we must remember the superb role our defensive midfielders of Schniederlin Cork and Wanyama play in keeping our defence sound! Just look at poor old Lovren playing behind that pensioner Gerrard and Hendersen. The scousers are still trying to work out why he looks so poor!
