The wage bill is not only a financial drag on the club but discrepancy in wages if not managed well can lead to problems with team motivation

Great Watch and looks like the club is in good hands the smallish linear board seems to have gelled well with a lot of camaraderie Ralf and Ross both spoke well, their commitment was plain to see and the plans are very sensible and credible for a club of our size A very worth while exercise with great and and honest communication to the fans and the more direct linkage between the playing staff and the key board members is a real plus I especially liked the fact the clun no exudes youth and obvious commitment in its board manager and on field players 10 out of 10 for content and effort

Obviously keen to get back to training with saints!

The harder you train the luckier you get! -
Also not another De Ridder
-
And Clyne!
-
Actually only once would put him ahead of Mo El Younissi who has had plenty of chances I think Boufal is the type of player that needs a managers TLC something he was never going to get from The last two mangers we had

For you far fetched theory they would have to hope Trump is no longer there as he is stopping them export anything to the states presently and there are far better motre lucrative markets for them in Asia and Africa than the states Also geographically and strategically why on earth would they need Southampton to access the States when they are busy building cross Africa railways there are a number of West African ports available to develop with much easier access to North and South America from China than Southampton
-
This is just not true why would a Chinese developer with the whole world open to him choose Southampton there are far more attractive areas and returns worldwide on property development than the UK never mind Southampton within the UK the ideathat GAo bought Southampton to make development in the City easier is just plane ridiculous!
-
Two more games we would be down! Form has gone totally since that wolves game culminating in home draws with udders and a bournemouth team that have been on the beach for months We need a complete overhaul and to cut out the many mistakes we make to keep giving leads away.

With the long term contract and attractive wages uncle Les Reed saddled us with there is no chance of another premier club being able to afford him short of the top six assuming they want to. Never mind Plymouth! Herein lies the main problem Ralph has inherited a club that wants to be financially self sufficient that carries a bloated squad of moderate to poor players most on lengthy contracts and top 10 premier club wages. A drain on resources and finances for two to three years however you look at it. It was Les’s greed to avoid losing out on big transfer fees for hidden gems coupled with a belief our recruitment and black box were never wrong that has led to this sad situation.

Players to go Hoedt El Younissi Stephens Gallagher Boufal Carillo Flannigan Hesketh Clasie Foster Austin Possibly to go Mccarthy (will want first team) Reed Armstrong Lemina ( seems to think he is a higher class player) Long ( has the work ethic Ralph wants) Targett That is 17 players some clear out!
-
If games were 85 mins long we would be challenging for Europe!
-
How does arguing with each others maths and or previous predictions help Southampton stay up! Because to be honest at the end of the day that is all that really matters to me!

Assuming Cardiff get 2 wins and a draw from their last three which would be some going by them (although Utds current form makes it a bit more likely) We need just two points to be totally safe cant see our goal difference being overhauled!
