dont think playing the kids is the problem. its this attacking football that is the problem. great when going forward but defending as a team seems to have gone out of the window

the attendance is worrying but its a mid week game and people are starting to feel the credit crunch. clubs all over the country will surly see a down turn unless there team is performing out of there skin week in week out or multi multi billions are being invested in the club. on the match tonight it looks like we are back up the other end getting crosses and shots in. at least at that end of the pitch ipswich dont have as much chance of scoring

dont think its the defence that has been the problem so far tonight. Wooten and Gillet should be the 1st line trying to stop ipswich getting through. Maybe they are getting down the sides cause while david and dyer will be good going forward they offer little in defence

To be fair our defence are doing there best to clear everything coming in. Sounds like Ipswich are getting to our defence far too easily

Morgan must have had a knock that got him subbed in the last match cause i dont think he deserved to get dropped. Between him and Gillet I would dropped Gillet before Morgan.

im going for saints 4 ipswich 3 At some point we will make the most of our chances but I think we are some way off having a team that can defend so this whole season will be about taking our chances or score lines that flatters the opposition.

This should have been brought into contracts accross the board in football a bloody long time ago IMO. Some of the ammounts they get paid is just rude considering they can take so much time out for sometimes minor injurys and often disputes about if they want to play or not. But thats another argument.

Personally I think we will win more than we lose even though it might look like we have some way to go at the mo. But your missing the point. I dont think Rupes should be targeted in what Alps suggested and think it should cover the complete board if at all possible. If they were to agree to something like this then the gates would rise just based on the fact that Rupes might be out of pocket! If that proves to be the catalyst for some of our support returning and bringing more finances into the club then how is it not a good idea????? As for me donating anything to the cause I would gladly do it if 1 it was financially possible for me to do it and 2 if it would make any difference. But as I said above

With an on form Skacel I would agree with you. There has to be a big question mark over his form/attitude at the moment though. If he does get a recall who knows what Skacel will turn up?

On the OS now says he could be out for 2 months. If he needs an op it will be longer though. I guess he thinks it will take 4 weeks to settle down and then the further 4 weeks getting strength in it slowly.

Thats what I am saying. its easy to just disagree with someone because they are not liked but its allot harder for people to agree with them when they do have a good point.
