The youth approach will NEVER deliver stability.

Of course he has, All those bad people investing there money in shares in the club just so they can make a profit. Why is it only our club that can attract these people? Why do every other club/business just do it to empty there bank ballance and throw away there money? -
Was that fact though? Or just rumour?

ah cheers for that. dont see much of him so wasnt sure.

Ive not speant time with him and think he is a complete toss pot for lots or reasons. just because I think he is the best option we have right now doesnt mean I think he is great. I actually think the very best option would be all 3 of them to work together at finding someone who wants to buy the club and take us back to the prem but as thats not an option i will stick with hoping Lowe can keep us out of administration. As for the football I will continue to support the team no matter what suit is at the top.

Pulis is not a loan and im not entirely sure if Smith is either. Of the rest though Cork would be my 1st choice but only just getting in ahead of pearce.

We are not just a feeder club though. We have no other means of income at the moment and we are forced to sell more than we would like to in order to survive. Long term plan seems like we will be doing this until we can afford to do otherwise. We are in debt, Banks want there money back, we reduce costs to aviod going furhter into debt, we sell to give the bank there money back, when back in the black we try to hold on to our better players and start to build a team. not sure how much longer term things need to be but that seems like the plan at the moment. Only possible ways to change that plan or speed it up would be: Investment Takeover Generous bank Full stadium Support Lowe or not, Moan at previous decissions or not, there is very little we can do about it so harping on about us being a selling club is not going to get us anywhere. If we dont want to be a selling club we need to fill the stadium week in week out. -

The club needs revenue to survive. Doesnt matter who is in charge as that is a fact that all clubs have to live with. Come up with another way the club can make money and there will be less need to sell our prized assets. The club has tried this in the past with the radio station, SaintsTV and Credit Card/insurance thingy. Comparing us with Arsenal is barmy as they dont seem to do to bad with a youth policy. -
ah forgot about Virgin. The Championship was as pants as usual on Sunday.

Possibly???? Dont you think that had they written it after the Reading game they might have mentioned how we played Reading off the park with the Total Dutch football and there revolutionary new coaching set up? Alot of the peice is written in a way to look favourable on the board and it takes some reading to see through to get to the facts but you have to be deliberatly argumentative to see it as some kind of conspirecy and cover up.

no point in arguing with a skate on a wind up.

TBF I have seen more similaritys betwwen Lowe and the Lowe haters than the so called Lowe Luvvies. the haters generally seem to only see things 1 way and if anyone disagree's then they are instantly dismissed as un-important. Sound like Lowe???? lol This does seem to be from the more extreme though and exactly the same can be said from the other side of the fence. We all choose to support the saints in our own way and I dont try to judge people on there choice. Personally I think if you support the team and you have the time/ability/money to go and watch the team play then you should. They are trying to give something worth supporting which was severly lacking last year. My personal view is that by going along to support the team it doesnt mean that your going along to support Lowe and his muppets. there are many ways to show that this direction is not supported and ways to show that he is not welcome here. starving the club of cash to oust him would be fine if that was ever going to be the outcome. unfortunatly I dont think it is and the outcome more likly is only perminent damage to the team that we all claim to love. All of this is my Personall opinion though and I wont have a dig at someone who chooses to do things a different way. I think john has explained more than well enough his views without getting into personal attacks on fellow fans.

Not that I can see him being here after January but what makes you think he got a 50% pay cut and contract shortened? Just what you think or know? If we are in the market for a LB then it sounds more like we will be losing Skacel and or Surman but cant really be unexpected. Full stadium and pushing for promotion would be the only things that would make the bank fully support us and also make players think about staying with us.

haha i dont know about me bringing the team luck. last time i was here we played coventry and the time before that was pearsons 1st game in charge. does feel good though.

GET THE F IN YOU BEAUTY!!!!! Happy days.

Mitch01 put what I was trying to say better. I didnt say I like what is being done but can understand what is trying to be done.
-
We can all see where Wildes "concerted attempt at getting "Re-promotion" got us though cant we? Money spent and we are still here, just further in the pooh. Whilst I might like the lack of effort or money that was put in I can at least see the point behind not blowing your bank ballance on something which is far from certain. 1st priority was always to stay in business. 2nd priority is to build a team that can do well.

Im in Southampton this weekend so at least I will be able to listen to the match on the radio. Any kind of positive result and I will be over the moon. with an even weeker defence though I think we will need to score about 55 goals so i am expecting a thriller.
-
I think this represents the feelings of a majority of fans at our club.
-
Not that I want things to go this way I think your pretty close to what will happen.
-
So if you and your friends thought we were going to win these matches you would all be there and happy again?

Matt Le Tiss thought Pearson was a bad choice when he got appointed but his views were changed like the rest of us. Not saying that relying on the kids is a good thing but just trying to point out that Matt is a fan like us and is not emune to getting things wrong from time to time. Im sure if Matt were to dip into his pocket and pay for 1 or 2 more experienced players to help out the kids then the club would be very grateful. Silly statement I know but again im just pointing out that as a fan money is the only way we could acutually help out. As for your last point, its probably the one thing that brings Lowe so much hate. We all know he has made some howlers in the past and we all know he is always in the middle of the conflict at our club. But he is the one person that acts like he is oblivious to it all as if he has done no wrong. Its too late i think for him to come out and own up as we all think he is a knob and want him gone no matter what.

I appreicate that the above is your opinion and believe me I would very quickly jump into the anyone but Lowe camp should that anyone show enough interest. My point is that no-body has shown any interest and until someone does we as a club need to do what we can to at least keep our club alive and kicking. I hope the team can do well enough to attract some fans back in the door and that is also enough to convince the bank to hold off on taking what they want. if we can keep most of this team past January then I really do think the 2nd half of the season will be very interesting.
