I dont get that either. it seems like its talking about the night as if it was yesterday. going on about the night the incedent supposedly took pace and the pair were held till 3am. police are going through cctv and that the pair voluntarily went into the station. better report is needed but then do we expect better from The Sun?

I played 5 a side with the work bunch once and one pansy in the changing room joked at my crappy trainers and lack of shinney's while he put on his shiney new indoor footy rebook super poof thingys and his super duper ribbed for her pleasure shin/ankle/legwarmer shin pad thingys 5 mins into playing he tried showing off by keeping the ball up in front of me while i swung and missed the ball. (i know im crap at footy) next time i swung i wasnt aiming for the ball (red mist got the better of me) and within seconds he was laying on the floor holding his nice shiney shin padded leg. taking it out at the end of the game 2 of the ribs were now in 2 peices and he had a bruise like you woulndt believe. lol He laughed at my lack of kit no more

He is no better than what we have in the 1st team but can do a job if and when needed. His attitude in training must accept that and continue to work his socks off for very little reward. not sure if that means its good to have him around or not but if he is costing bugger all it cant be too bad

Its an interesting debate but doesnt carry the weight that 1965 tried to give it. What if we got Strachan earlier? What if Strachan stayed longer? What if Hoddle didnt ditch us? What if we never tried Wigley and Gray? What if Sturruck had been give more of a chance? What if Dodd and Gorman didnt get a look in? What if Pearson had more time? What if Pearson was given this season? What if we had a bigger overdraft? What if we were still in the prem with this team? Its annoying that this team seem to be able to perform, yet for almost 2 seasons they have been a waste of space. But you can look at clubs that have got things right year on year and watch them climb compared to our fairly recent history of continualy getting things wrong. Pearson seemed to be getting some things right and should have been given the season instead of the usual stop start changes we have had to suffer for years. How long will Wotte get should his form continue? History says he will probably be gone after at best another season and we will be back to the dross again while waiting for our next 5 mins of fun.

Like I said, I dont think SaintRobbie meant to offend by it and he hasnt been back on bleating on like it was nothing so I can only assume he didnt mean to offend and has kept out of it since so it doesnt escalate. It was stanleys comments that really got under my skin as he didnt seem to give a toss who he offended or who had been affected by it. SaintRobbies comments touched a nerve and I said my bit, maybe I over-reacted as he didnt mean to offend but I felt I said my peice and it could be left there. Cancer is a disease that is effecting more and more people all over the place and I see less and less reason to use it to discribe anything else. I dont want to fall out with anyone over it and as you and others have pointed out there are other meanings for it. To me its like lighing a stick of dynomite with a very short fuse and the dont give a toss attitude of some makes me sick.

I didnt like the comments and said my peice, i dont think saintrobbie was trying to be offensive but its obviously going to offend some so a better choice of word may have been needed. some of the comments after it wound me up more but im not going to argue it any more as it just drags it on further. Ive been thinking about this all day and still find it hard to choose between the 2. Euell's new found form has only come since he has been paired with Saga. A partnership that didnt really hit it off was Ras and Saga. Is Euell playing for his next contract somewhere else or with us? will his form continue once he gets a new contract? Would Ras find his form if he came back to us? Could he pair up with Saga this time? Right now I would have to go on current form and I would opt to keep Euell ahead of Ras. But should the team be changing dramatically over the sumer months then that opinion could change as much as the team. What would happen if we lose Saga? Would Euell pair up as well with anyone else? What if we lose the players that give service up to the front? Euell is no spring chicken and cant be expected to do it all on his own can he? Stupid question IMO cause im stumped. lol
