I seem to recall you've been calling Jan the "Dutch Joker" since he was appointed and got a lot of stick for it. I wonder how many are now eating humblepie?
Maybe we should not of appointed Wigley in the 1st place?
Maybe we should have made the change sooner?
Would we have got more points in Novenmer if we had? (Remember people saying give him untill the end of November? oops too late)
Surly we can't make the same mistakes again?
I would be ****ed off if it cost me any more than £24, the price my season ticket seat would cost if I bought it game by game. (Itchen block 4).
"Thanks for sticking by the club over the last 4 years but to watch Manchester United it will cost you more" No thanks I'll watch it in the pub.
They don't have to reduce anything where the price includes VAT.
The only "fans" to benifit from this will be those who pay for coporprate hospitalty where the price excludes VAT.
The current cost for the Mick Channon suit is £99 + VAT. So for ror last weeks game it would have cost £116.33 but for next weeks game will cost £113.85.(including VAT)
There is no way we will sell 2000 for Palace (Monday night on TV). We should, just about, sell out 2200 for Reading but can’t see us selling 3000 for Charlton a week later.
Can we not have the getting outplayed for 89 mins, having 25 shots against us but grabbing a last min winner, through a luckily deflection, in our only attack of the game option?
I don’t think our poor attendances are anything to do with the cost of going - its about winning. If were top of the league we would get around 25,000 for today’s game against Barnsley.
If we were still in the premiership we would be averaging 28,000 with fans paying £35- £40.
“ I’m not paying £24 to watch Saints in the championship” no, but if we were top of the league you would.
To answer 1 off your points 7 times last season’s team came from a goal down to either draw or win the game.
Stoke City Home 1-0 down after 9 mins and won the game 3-2
Sheffield United away 1-0 down to win 2-1
Coventry away 1-0 down to draw 1-1
Crystal Palace away 1-0 down to draw 1-1
S****horpe away 1-0 down to draw 1-1
West Brom away 1-0 down to draw 1-1
Sheffield home 1-0 down to win 3-2
No, not really cheap in fact their top price season ticket is over £600.

Saints early bird Itchen / Kingsland wing £380
Norwich early bird "wings" £377
No, the majority of our adult prices our £24 (Behind goals, Itchen / Kingsland wings). Adult away fans are also charged £24.
I chose to pay £30 for Qpr I could have paid £25 in the lower tier.
Charlton are also charging away fans £30 this season
Such a ludicrous thread that not only have you read and posted on it, you have already asked yourself, the thread titles question and given Jan a minimum of 13 games.
