Brilliant.

This years kits are shite imo. Last seasons were bang on, Saint’s play in red and white stripes and yellow and blue away. The black kit was also great. Also the collars looked much better than round necks. Admittedly this seasons blue kit is quite striking but isn’t a football kit and is hideous as such. I might be a boring traditionalist but I personally think the club and Hummel have done a piss poor job on this seasons kits.

Does anyone know if Virgin Media is still the sleeve sponsor as I believe the deal has run out.

Yes they kicked the shit out of us all game in the play off first leg. Billy Davies and his pub team got what they deserved when they got promoted. Played off the park in nearly every game, the worst points total in the PL, and misery for their gobshite goading fans.

I was there, West Ham invaded the pitch mid way through the second half and ran the length of the pitch to confront us in the away end. That place was proper intimidating. Loads of trouble outside afterwards too.

We looked sluggish, and short of match practice. Why only one preseason match? Palace had 4. Redmond terrible, clueless, so frustrating as at the end of last season we would have won that easily. We are desperately short of a creative midfielder. JWP’s England call up must of gone to his head as he was terrible. This was the old Saints playing, not the vibrant team at the end of last season. Palace stifled us and were terrible with no attacking intention whatsoever, just to stop us playing which to be fair they did very well. Pre season optimism down the toilet.

If we’d had the same 11 in the first half that we had in the second, we would have won. Brighton are good at defending. They are a poor team to watch but did their jobs well. Hoj better second half but Spurs/Everton are welcome to him.

That performance has made me feel very proud to be a Saints fan tonight. Who said we can’t defend. Magnificent team effort and a stunning goal worthy of winning any game. Get in.

Valery looks so casual and nonchalant. A good player somewhere in there but he needs to be more up for it and concentrate on the situation.

We seem to play and move the ball so fast, so direct and full of energy. This team has gone from relegation certainties to a free flowing attacking very good side in the matter of six weeks. It’s absolutely incredible, and you have to give massive credit to Ralph for rejuvenating the team. I’m loving it, big time.

I hope Bournemouth go down. They add nothing to this league with their pathetic support and no one is interested in them. A noddy club who stupidly think the South Coast is theirs.

Yes I did, the reason being it’s part of the Kingsland where I’ve had my ST since SMS opened, I can go and have a fag at half time, don’t have to queue for a pint, get food if I want and watch tv if I want. What I don’t agree with is it used to £25 membership a season for ST holders in the Kingsland and is now ten times that.

So another great move by the club. A membership fee of over £200 resulted in about 30 people being inside while many regulars boycotted or didn’t want to pay. Even worse, it turns out that away fans, complete with replica kit can purchase match day hospitaltality in there, and then take their seat in the Kingsland for the match. Absolutely mind numbing stupidity. Counting down to when it all kicks off. Yes I decided to pay to be a member, but I still don’t agree with it. Halo are not going to make a penny out of this and this facility should be run by the club.

Why oh why doesn’t Yoshida play in defence. He is an international player who has played well in a World Cup. Surely he’s a better bet than either of those other two clowns who continually cost us points with their League 1 standard of defending.
