I got my tickets on general sale and they arrived today. Block 544 row 4 so fairly near the front although it is still pretty high up. I have sat near there at England games and it is not too bad especially considering I was last in the queue. Thanks Ticket Office, no complaints from me and yet again you didn't let me down!

Agree entirely especailly wtih your first point. Also do not dismiss links to redevelop the St Mary's stadium area with the Snow Dome project. This could be key and I can see the whole waterfront along there being included. They are not going to want out of town visitors coming into an area looking as it currently does. His interview just goes to show how comments can certainly be exaggerated. The rift with Pardew being a prime example and the new stadium plans being another. The stadium move was definitely an option but it was answered in this way due to the way the question was structured and probing by the interviewer. I liked the way Cortese deals with things in that as Dubai Phil alludes to above he never dismisses anything out of hand and merely says it is an option. It is quite obvious from the interview that the first priority is to develop the surrounding area especially the infrastructure. It is good to hear that they are working with the council on this. Any Compulsory Purchase Order and link up with the people who are building the 'Snow Dome' whilst speculative cannot be dismissed. The snow dome could be the key to Saints staying at St Mary's as the whole area is likely to get redeveloped and get a complete face lift. It was also good to hear how Cortese is on match days, plans for the academy, his reasons for being disappointed if we do not make the play offs. All of this made sense to me and I have to say if anyone had any doubts that the club is not in safe hands then I would be astounded if you thought the same after listening to that interview. I assume you need a club Wembley member although I am also looking for the same answer. Their website just alludes to getting them from the clubs but I know club Wembley members are entitled to purchase tickets, but at what cost? It probably says on the private part of their website! On the one hand you call it 'The Tin Pot cup' and on the other you say you will be content to win it. The fact is it may be the least prestigious trophy to win and quite rightly so but to call it Tin Pot just smacks of a lack of respect and someone talking utter gutter trash. I saw you said on another thread you may go to the final and I say why bother?

Despite disagreeing with the majority of your negative inane postings I think this is the key point and one I fully agree with. To have any chance I think we need to win at least 14-15 matches to have as I can see the play off target being at least 79 points. That isn't to say we should not go for it and at least try and put pressure on the teams above. Pressure can work in strange ways and one or two may go on bad runs but the question is will they be bad enough? :confused:

Like Band of Brothers I will wait and save watching it until I get the full benifit of it coming out on Blu Ray. I cannot speak highly enough of how good BOB's looks and sounds on a half decent setup. Bloody Amazing!

He fumbled at least two crosses today but despite some good saves he is no England keeper for me! The worst thing is we are really struggling with keepers these days which is a big shame as we used to produce so many good ones! It is a shame Kirkland is so injury prone as I feel he is the best of a bad bunch!
