  1. I think I will wait until the full schedule is known but may well be up for this.
  2. You do not have to buy him as he is out of contract and has confirmed he is leaving POSH. Personally I still think he will end up at Norwich as he wont cost them a penny and will be worth a gamble for the Prem.
  3. No because whatever division we are in due to perceived historical reasons and delusions of grandeur we will never hold onto our best young players when the big clubs come calling. We can emulate the Ajax model of the Mid 90's anything beyond that is just a pipe dream. We like that Ajax team will need a production line of players to replace the ones we lose but as soon as this dries up we will struggle again. One thing to say if we do aim for Barcelona model and fall short and end up as an Ajax then that would not be a bad place to be and I am sure most of us would be pretty happy about that.
  4. Agreed and what I have. Brewed for a minimum of at least 3 minutes with a small dash of milk, perfect!
  5. Great news. A class act and a player that like Lallana I love to watch play the game.
  6. Sholing v Totton tonight.
  7. In a nutshell. This thread should be locked and the majority on it should be band for being stupid.
  8. I don't really care about him other than wanting a big a fee as possible and getting this deluded arrogant man as far away from my club as possible. Puncheon you are not on the bus so do **** off as quickly as possible!
  9. Until it is on the O\S then I shall file this as a 'rumour' despite the fact that nearly everyone else believes the OP. I still fully expect Chambo to leave this summer though and if he doesn't it will be a massive bonus.
  10. I have to say I knew people were dismissing and playing down Groves chances but I did not think he had that performance in his locker at this stage of his career. I thought his best chance would come early on as I thought Degale would be pretty open and Groves could land one of his bombs I thought De Gale’s chin up to now was untested. You are right about Booth the master tactician. I thought Groves edged it as I don't think he lost a round in the first half of the fight and he managed to nick one in the last half. He dominated De Gale who in my opinion did not turn up until late on. I thought the occasion got to De Gale and he didn’t not handle the pressure at all. I think those that think De Gale won are looking through rose tinted glasses at the fact he won the last few rounds and finished strongly. Where was he in the first half of the fight? Now I think they should both walk away work towards world title shots as I think they both have it in them to win one although it has to be said the super middleweight division is pretty strong and competitive. Then 3-4 years down the line a big rematch could be on the cards and who knows what the result of that would be then.
  11. I think Groves will surprise a few people. I rate De Gale and he looks a decent prospect but I don't think he has the raw power of Groves. If Groves lands early on then De Gale will lose. The longer the fight goes on I think De Gale has more of a chance. At the end of the day De Gale's chin is untested and no one knows how he will react when he gets hit by a proper punch. Groves has picked himself off the floor and one already; De Gale whilst looking good is an unknown in this area. Groves in 4 for me.
  12. Who the hell is Noble? We also look overloaded with CB's! ;-)
  13. I hope he does not go as I want him all guns blazing to tear The Championship apart in August.
  14. Do you honestly think that putting our club in an unstable position when we have had our first sniff of stability since Gordon Strachan was manager would be a good idea? Sometimes I have to wonder what people are thinking.
  15. The company I work for in Reigate are doing very well in these challenging times so if you don't mind a commute to Reigate or live in the Surrey area then you could do worse than having a look at the available positions we have. http://www.justretirement.com/Default/AboutUs/Careers/Vacancies.aspx
  16. Wasn't there another interview with his dad posted on here in the last week? Anyone got a link as I cannot find it!
  17. I was expecting an insight and a bit of a story, sorry but I couldn't see it!
  18. I bet they won't have anywhere near as great a time as I had in Vegas!
  19. The OP reminds me of BentheLegend.
  20. Maybe most of us trust the criminal justice system to do whatever is required and come to the right decision, whatever that may be. The simple fact of the matter is if he is guilty then you do the crime you do the time. Simple as that.
  21. You cannot choose your family but you can your friends so may I suggest you choose more wisely!
  22. I really think we need an experienced been there done that central midfield player. It may be controversial but I would be tempted to see if Robbie Savage fancies another season. He had Adel Taarabt in his back pocket when Derby played QPR a couple of weeks back.
  23. No idea who this guy is and nor if he warrants such abuse but I find it really sad that this is all you have to comment on from a brilliant day.
  24. That's brilliant Daren and I am sure you were touched when he did that. It is such a shame there are a few bitter and twisted people on here who love to throw mud at a good mans name.
