Yes.....a number of the "mass" of signings (quantity over quality) that we made over the Summer seem to fit into this category and never really given a chance in the team. And those that were, were mis-used, and/or played out of position. I do get the feeling that RM didn't have a massive amount of input into the transfer dealing before the season started or he just didn't know what he was doing......

Charlie Taylor is a bit of a mystery. He is a pretty experienced Prem player having played over 160 games in the division......more than a lot of others in the squad. Wasn't expecting him to be a spectacular signing.....more of a roadsweeper than a violinist.....but he was never given a chance to establish himself.
