I doubt many people will vote for a smaller army in the current circumstances - I expect everyone (except maybe the Greens) will want to reverse the Conservatives' recent cuts.

Labour and the Lib Dems stood against each other in both seats anyway so not sure what they are crying about? -
It’s fair to say he did a decent job that’s for sure, I don’t know enough about the quality of his squad to say how well to be honest. Derby had obviously spent a fair bit to be in the position they are though. If his name wasn’t Wayne Rooney I doubt there would be many people thinking he’s done enough to land a Prem job.
-
I don’t get all this wanking over Rooney, if Derby hadn’t had the points deducted they would have finished I think 17th. Not exactly the sign of a managerial genius.
-
Probably this. When the team is getting results no one takes any notice of the moaners who can’t get in the side, as soon as results go bad it’s the reason it’s all gone wrong.
-
Yet we haven’t been in serious relegation trouble the whole time he has been here.
-
To be fair, that’s often what players say when they are left out for being shit. You been talking to Redmond?
-
I would probably sell for £75mill, it depends on the state of the finances and obviously wether he wants to leave or not. If he’s happy here and we can strengthen enough without having to sell then it always makes sense to keep your best players.

Test of control, wow! that’s a new one. Who was doing the test and what did they gain from it?
-
Might well have played a part, some were kept on. I expect him acting like a fruit loop on social media made it an easy decision.

And keeping Saints up comfortably year after year...

You’re talking bollocks as usual, everyone votes for their own reasons, not necessarily for their own benefit. I’m not surprised an old gammon like you fails to grasp the concept though. Doing something to help someone else, what a crazy idea. -
That was actually the top story on the Daily Mail website at one point. On the verge of WW3, climate disaster, cost of living crisis... No. it's trannies in swimming races that what our gammons want to get angry about.

Skate mate I saw today thinks he’s superb and we have got a bargain.

Under that scheme aren’t they housed in Rwanda while they are found countries to go to? Bit different to giving asylum seekers a one way ticket. -

No but some people think of society as a whole and not just their own back pocket. -

I might be going out on a limb here but I reckon you might have already made your mind up. -

You can't vote for anyone yet mate, you will have to wait for the next GE when Labour will publish their manifesto. Out of interest, why specifically don't you trust Starmer? I think it's fair to say he's a bit dull, and that he has been a bit thin on the ground with policies (I think he's playing the long game and just keeping his powder dry until the election), but he comes across as miles more trust-worthy than Bozo. -

To be fair, most sensible Tories I know think he's a cunt. Those defending him seem to be the weirdo Brexit Jihadis or the thick as fuck Red Wall types from what I've seen. -
Still banging on about winners and losers.

Definitely an option worth considering if the price is right, Ralph obviously gets the best out of him.

There will probably be a long drawn out stalemate then a settlement. Given that Russia already controlled much of the area they currently occupy before this invasion and the West didn’t give a monkeys I doubt they will be willing to keep ploughing billions into it so they get it all back now. If Ukraine build up a it of momentum and start pushing Russia back then maybe, but I can’t see that happening.
-
I'm no fan of Unions or strikes but the Tories did say they wanted a high wage economy, surely they should be backing the workers?
-
Whatever happens there is going to have to be some sort of negotiated agreement in the end, it's just a case of putting Ukraine in the strongest position possible. We just have to hope the Western governments are as committed to the cause as they say they are.
