It just seems like protesting for the sake of it now. If Wotte's team continue their good form and stuff Cardiff do we really want to force change?!?! Lowe is a ****, Poortvleit was a disaster, but if this Wotte guy is actually a good manager then change NOW is the very last thing we need, talk about shoot ourselves in the foot.

Peace breaks out between Saints & Pompey !

Notice it was organised by a charity in pompey. Cheating skate inbred ****s. -
Their plan would be a disaster The Trust have been an irrelivance since that 16 year old kid managed to unite the fan base and organise a protest against Lowe. The people protesting that day are the voice of the fans, the Trust are representative of no one - even their own members have had little or no say in what they propose.

I don't think he would, he would see the logic in keeping a good manager on IMO.
-
If Wotte keeps us up he would have done a superb job so I would expect Crouch to keep him on yes. If a manager's doing a good job then it is risky losing him, suicidal in our position.
-
I wouldn't let it stop you going, it's not that baaaaaaaad.
-
What like Poortvliet was?
-
Why are people comparing what Crouch said with what Lowe did? they are completely different. Crouch said he had a manager lined up just as Poortvleit left, if Wotte proves himself like Pearson did I doubt Crouch would just come in and sack him. Burley was Lowe's manager, Crouch didn't sack him out of spite as soon as he walked through the door.

Mary Corbett felt "threatened" and "physically intimidated" by Lowe

I suggest you both edit those posts. ****ing out of order. -
We could easily have afforded playing him, the fee we paid for Schneiderlin alone would have covered his wages.
-
Anyone who knows anything about football was saying it. Unfortunatley we have a penny counter running the club who know naff all. there is no problem in having a chairman who knows litle about the game - until they start making footballing descisions.
-
I think they stayed pretty much the same. He was in charge the first season down when most people renewed when we were in the Prem. Had he not been ousted the crowds probably would have dropped. I think the crowds have dropped this year with Lowe returning - compared to last season.
-
Or maybe those loans were costly, like you said you don't know? It would be interesting to know who made the descision to blow the money on wages and fees of: Schneiderlin Forecast Wotton Gasmi Pulis Peckhart Robinson Molyneaux Liptick Saeijs Cork Smith Holmes And also who chose to freeze out Skacel and Euell whilst still paying their wages and play crap like Mills and Gobern instead?
-
That's clearly not true, the money we spent on Schneiderlin and bringing in the other 15 or so players shows that.
-
Yesterday's performance showed that with a decent manager we could be comfortably mid table this season. Finance is just a convenient excuse to shift blame to the previous board, other teams have spent less and are doing OK. My guess is thay've ditched the experimental set up and have given Wotte full management responsibility.
-
You're talking crap as usual. The gates stayed pretty much the same last time he left because the season he was in charge (the famous re-promotion season) the season tickets had mainly already been sold when we were in the Prem. the fact that there was no drop the following season shows what the average supporter thinks of Lowe. I must have imagined the sell out crowd against Sheff U last season - lets see how many turn up for this season decisive fixture.
-
I disagree, after Cardiff it's Ipswich and Birmingham away. If we don't beat Cardiff we could very easliy be 6 points adrift again by our next home game.
-
It's amazing a team can be 5th in the league with that pile of ****e up front.
-
Excellent performance, well done to Wotte and the boys. Just proves my point that with a half decent manager this team could easliy be mid table. Also shows how suicidal it was of Lowe to freeze out players like Euell and Skacel, if we go down he will have alot to answer for.

Give up Delldays, you have to admit giving any sort of abuse to a kid for organising this is pretty sad. I didn't go on th first march (couldn't for proffesional reasons) and don't think the second one will achieve anything. But still respect anyone who cares enough and gets off his ass to organise something like this, all for the right reasons. The fact that he is just a kid makes it even more impressive. the trust should be doing this sort of thing but havn't been bothered.

who wants us to go into admin and/or wotte to fail
aintforever replied to Thedelldays's topic in The Saints
I don't agree with it but it could be argued that it is in the long term interests of the club to get rid of Lowe/Wilde and the PLC so relegation and admin is a price worth paying? Short term pain for long term gain. Just because you don't agree with it doesn't mean they are any less of a fan than you for holding that opinion. -
I think the dealine is halfway through March to take the -10 this season, we will probably be pretty much down by then anyway so it should be a descision even Lowe can get right.
-
It's no surprise to see you making apologies for him Frank. I still remember you justifying the rediculous Poorvliet experiment at the start of the season (spot on there eh?). Surely even you can see that what he is saying is not going to help. ALL the people who march are true fans - if they didn't care about the club they wouldn't be there. Wotte should have said as much.

Oh dear, I have read some crap on message boards before but that sweeping statement takes the ****! Are you not the **** who spent half a day arguing about a meeting you never even attended? LOL
