I'm trying to get my head round why Lowe/Wilde want to set up a Fan's Parliament NOW? Is it just a way of trying to appear fan friendly so that more people buy season tickets (it has coincided with cheap ticket offers) or do they genuinely not understand why the fans hate their guts and want feedback? I dont get it, we are a handfull of poor results away from going out of business and NOW they want to set up a Parlament,

Wotte's role was always Academy Director, but I wouldn't read too much into his job title. Remember Woodward was Director of Football and never did anything except blow thousands of pounds on eye gyms and fish tanks. I expect Wotte had a pretty big say behind the scenes, it wouldn't surprise me if he had more say than Jan over personnel. I know he had links to Saeijs and he was brought in under Poortvleit, plus Dean Gorre apears to be his guy and so was he.

If it's so unsafe to stand surely we should all have to crawl to our seats? You really must be thick if you think it's unsafe to stand and watch a game of football at SMS.

I would say get rid, would prefer a manager with experience of that league.

He might show a bit of potential but in our current situation he has been a complete waste of money. We were not in the position to speculate a few quid on untried French kids this season.

As the deadline for taking the points hit this season is Thursday the 26th it wouldn't make any sense to announce it this week. My guess would be that the bank have given us some leeway to help us stay up, they will only put us in admin if we are obviously down after the Blackpool game. Whilst there is still a chance of staying up it makes no sense for the bank to push for admin. If we go down there is little chance of them getting their overdraft paid off.

I think it would be unavoidable, we are losing money in this league I don't see how we could surviive on a fraction of the gate receipts, TV money etc. The mortgage will cripple us IMO. I think the cost of the repayments are the equivilent to the income from having 6000 at £20 a head for every home game. We will probably see gates of around 8-10,000 under Lowe in league 1.

Doing a Luton could be a frightening reality if we dont get new ownership if we go down. If Lowe is still making the descisions after our 10 point deduction in League 1 I would put money on a relegation again.

It's about time something was done about the rediculous no-standing rule. the idea that standing up is in some way unsafe is just laughable. If it is safe to stand up and jump about when a goal goes in it is safe to stand up. The law is an ass, the only people who think it's not are a bunch of £3 an hour jobsworth stewards and a few anal retentives on here. I pay good money for my season ticket and should be able to choose wether I want to stand or sit while I get ripped off. Designated standing areas is the way forward.

You cant help thinking today we have blown our chance of stayng up. Most of those around us had harder fixtures yet we have lost ground when we should have been getting our noses in front. It's definitely win or bust Saturday now.

Makes sense to dip into the overdraft to try and stay up. Of course it means admin is way more certain if we go down but that was pretty much nailed on anyway so it's a sensible gamble.

I think you can definitely rule admin out unless we are way adrift after the Blackpool game. It cannot be in the interests of the Bank to get us relegated, as long as there is a chance of us staying up there is a much better chance of them getting paid back.

Can you not remember the 15 + players we have brought in, or the 1.2mill spunked out on Schederlin? Or the fact that we were still paying Skacel and Euell's wages while they were sat in the stands watch the team with the likes of Mills, Gobern and Paterson in, get dicked?

I cant see the club surviving at all in League 1 if Lowe and Wilde are still in control. Ticket sales will take a hit because of the drop in league, also because of the recession. A third hit because of the unpopularity of the people in charge will be too much. the lower down the leagues you go the more clubs rely on the goodwill factor of the fans, my goodwill towards Lowe evaporated ages ago. He wont get a ST out of me whatever division we are in.

Found this: Under the new regulation any club going into administration after the last Thursday in March would risk having its points deduction carried over into the new season. If a club is relegated on playing performance, the penalty will apply the following season but, if it stays up, the points will count in the current season, meaning it could still be relegated. That would make the 26th deadline day.

Every skint team in history has resorted to playing kids, there is nothing new, ground breaking or forward thinking about it. Choosing to play (and spend money bring in more) kids whilst freezing & loaning out experienced pros - now that's a different story.

There was never any fans backlash, I remember the Wotte story broke on the BBC and I think Burley was confirmed within a day. There wasn't even a game played between the two so how could there be a backlash?
