  1. I think we all know that's rubbish, I expect leeds and Boston said the same thing. Hopefully Stockport don't get a CVA and start on -15, we will need all the help we can get to stay up next season. Stockport getting their deserved punishment could be of massive importance to us.
  2. A bunch of ITKs on here cannot establish **** all, if any of the ITK crowd were to be believed we would be Paul Allen's Champions League play thing right now.
  3. With regards to the creditors, is it just a simple case of accept the most cash for the club, or could a bidder put forward a deal which means they get more if the club is successful in the future? What I'm getting at is would the future of the club AFTER the sale be of any interest to the creditors? Because if it did then surely any MLT bid would have an advantage over any Lowe offer.
  4. The issue with Stockport is that they strategically timed their administration to avoid any effect punishment - exactly what Leeds did. With leeds they had their points taken off that season but the FL threw the kitchen sink at them the next so hopefully they will do the same to Stockport.
  5. The administrator will pick whoever gives the most cash to the creditors - it's pointless debating which bid is best for the club - it wont matter a bit to Mr Fry, he's just doing a job for the bank. In a way, whoever can/is willing to stump up enough cash is the best bid anyway.
  6. I'm just relieved an offer has been put in. With my limited knowledge on this sort of stuff, I would imagine the creditors would have to accept it unless there is a better offer or they think they can get more through liquidation? Is that how it works? And if the offer is accepted are we off the hook with regards to the CVA?
  7. All this Arsenal talk is laughable, Shneiderlin can't even get in the Saints first XI. He will probably still be here next year because I doubt anyone will want to buy him, he will just be a drain on the wages.
  8. I heard he even offered to work for half pay yet Lowe still sacked him out of spite.
  9. If Le God comes in with some money men and saves us I think my head will explode.
  10. Great! hopes up, then dashed in under half an hour.
  11. Agree, missing the deadline by a matter of days is probably the worst mistake he has made. I still think he must have done it out of spite, no one has yet offered a rational reason why he would put us into admin just a few days after the deadline.
  12. Bit like us then...
  13. 35 people expressing an interest is a bit different to 35 offers to buy the club! Hopefully the two bids are from people who have completed the due diligence thingy, then we might be cooking.
  14. I didn't realise Georges Prost was our manager! Wether Shneiderlin turns out to be a good player in 2,3, 5 or whatever years is completely irrelevant. Georges Prost may prove to be right. The only important fact is that this seasons squad needed a player like Scheiderlin like a hole in the head, any half decent manager could have seen that. Rupert knows best tho.
  15. 1.2m euros for Schneiderlin is a much worse waste than Delgado, considering the position we were in. Lowe thought he was being clever and getting an investment but he's just lumbered us with an useless, uninterested french kid worth nothing.
  16. Still, it's good he got the message tho.
  17. I expect Flybe got the sponsorship deal for next to nothing, the club probably couldn't afford to get a new kit made so it made sense to stick with flybe for peanuts. Also Flybe do have a MLT plane, so maybe...
  18. The Football League have ****ed up the wording of their rules, if you're 10 points above the relegation zone you can basically go into admin without punishment. The wording should obviously be: If you go into admin after the deadline the points deduction will come into effect that season, unless it has no bearing on league status, in which case it will apply the following season.
  19. I think were going down.
  20. At least now we wont have to pay the players a win bonus.
  21. I think the issue is Stockport timed their administration so that the penalty couldn't effect their league status - this is exactly what Leeds did. Stockport have got away without punishment - the league's rules stink. We may well be relegated next season because of this decision.
  22. We'll ****ing hate them this time next year.
