Just the usual ebb and flow, the roles will soon be reversed. The one positive thing is that the current role reversals have highlighted how much bigger Saints are as a club, when we were top dogs we were always being told by the blue few how much they are a sleeping giant, now even as FA Cup holders they struggle to fill their ground. When they were in a situation similar to ours they got way worse attendances, their average attendances at Championship level were often around 8-9K, never got above 16K until their sugar daddy turned up and they brought the league. I'm no expert on administration but there are alot of things which don't appear to add up, like: Not selling any players and adding Saeijs, Molyneaux and Smith to the wage bill in January. Going into admin a matter of days after the critical deadline - reducing the price of the club. Fry wanting 500k to look at the books - Lowe already knows the books. Maybe I'm just being paranoid but if Lowe ends up in control again all of the above will suddenly make sense.

I think if it's a case of Lowe or bust anyone would have Lowe back. However if he is in any way associated with the new owners this whole situation will obviously have been manufactured by him so I wouldn't give him a penny more.

To be fair I havn't the slightest clue what's going on behind the scenes, but it does seem that this fundraising is a bit pointless. It made sense when it was "chuck a tenner in the bucket so we make the end of the season", that has come and gone and all we will ever do now is line Fry's pocket. You would have to assume that if someone wanted to buy SFC they would be in talks now.

That 500k thing does look dodgy, it would give any consortium involving Lowe a clear advantage.
