I don't disagree about his brand of football, it will probably be a disaster. However sacking him and having the clowns in charge choose another manager would more likely end up worse IMO. His brief was to get us promoted and he deserves the chance to prove himself if he is successful, you would like to think he would have the common sense to tweak the style when up against Prem teams.

Keep if we go up, if we don't then I'm not fussed either way. It depends who we can get to replace him, I certainly wouldn't sack him unless there was a decent candidate already lined up willing to take the job.

Mid table Championship mediocrity awaits next year

Don't be such a drama queen. Plenty of clubs would love to be in the play-offs with a chance of getting to the Prem. -
He does have a point though, this place does tend to be more negative than the fans that are actually in the stadium.

Was a dead rubber anyway, just hope we don’t pick up any injuries or suspensions.

Aribo strolling back like he doesn’t give a shit.

Makes sense not to risk him if he's not 100% for what is now just a dead rubber.

This. It’s impossible to tell from that freeze frame wether the ball is touching his foot or wether it’s a split second after it left the foot.
-
I would class that as in line given the limitations of VAR, I’m usually in favour of it but these hairline offsides are bollocks.
-
If a Prem club wanted him he would have left in the summer or January. He’s just shit.
-
The players have to take the lion’s share of the blame today, those misses were comical. Che Adams was one of the main reasons we went down, he’s one of the main reason we won’t go up. We need a proper centre forward.
-
We just can’t see out a game, I think we all know what’s going to happen in the play-offs.
-
If Che Adams could score that would have been an easy win.
-
At least we can rest some players before the playoffs now.

Rothwell for Aribo, don’t get that at all.

It's just a bit weird. I've never met you, you don't know anything about me. Yet you remember posts I've made, probably from years ago, that I have completely forgotten myself. And then you name-drop me, out of the blue, on a thread I have hardly posted on. I can't imagine how empty one's life would have to be to behave like that. It's all a bit too Baby Reindeer for me.

I’d rather pay a bit more tax and have a public services that are actually fit for purpose. Think many might agree with me. Your obsession with me is a little bit weird. Favourite ever post - fuck me you need to get out more.

I expect some will move to the Northam, some will stay where they are and some will move to another part of the ground. You can guarantee that those that want to stand up and shout at the away fans will move near to them, that is why they are where they are at the moment.
-
People will just sit where they want, like they always have. The old fuckers who like to sit in silence in the Chapel are not going to suddenly like having 2,000 gobby northern away fans right next to them. Likewise those who want the banter etc will not want to be the other side of the ground. All moving the away fans will achieve is a few seasons of shit atmosphere where everyone is mixed up/pissed off. Then eventually it will be the same as it is now but flipped with the Northam full of those who sat in the Chapel and the Chapel/Kingsland corner being the noisy part.
-
This. Moving the away fans will achieve nothing except make the atmosphere worse. I expect those who want to sing and shout at the away fans will just move from where they are currently to the Chapel/Kingsland and end up mixed up with those who like to sit and watch in silence who will end up pissed off.

I think the passing around the back thing is fine until we are winning towards the end of the game and then it just causes too many problems. As the opposition commit more and more players forward it just makes it more and more of a gamble. We just need to recognise when it is becoming too dangerous and mix it up. The frustrating thing is in Adams we have a striker who is good at holding it up and it's not something we utilise.

Funny as fuck watching Liverpool and Arsenal choke.
