Yeay! Got mine.
-
This is one that would make me happy, although he is right-footed.
-
Saints have never done release clauses
-
I believe we did have a £100k cap, but that could have gone. Either way, this is going to upset the trolls, doom merchants and general stirrers.
-
No. It's a fact.
-
I just read a tweet that said the Earth's flat. And Lord Lucan has been found riding Shergar on the moon.
-
Why? It's just being correct. Or do you have a problem with that, Uncle Bertha?
-
I wouldn't mind betting that I've seen him live more than you have. Virtually every game where fans were allowed since he started with us.
-
You've obviously and conveniently forgotten the saves McCarthy made. They were significant. And he claims more crosses in a game than Forster does in a season.
-
Wrong. He started to come to collect, saw Salisu was going to head it, pulled back. Then Salisu ducked.
-
Really? For the first, Salisu was to blame, pulling out of a header. Yes, maybe McCarthy could have called, but once Salisu looked like heading it then ducked, no chance. Yes, for the third he got to it but didn't keep it out. I doubt whether Forster would have done better. Absolutely no keeper saves their second. Hit hard and in the corner like a rocket.
-
That's ridiculous. No keeper in the world saves that.
-
McCarthy didn't do a lot wrong on Saturday and until he had a dip in confidence I still rated him more than Forster. Likewise Stephens: he may not look as clever on the ball as Salisu and I know he has the occasional brain fart, but he's nowhere near as bad as some make out. I'm very happy with Redmond at his best, but he's behind SA, Tella and even Livramento for me at present
-
Cant see Ralph going for that.
-
That's a decent shout.
-
Don't think Man U have chosen yet.
-
That's probably my choice of team too. In a "backs to the wall" game Bednarek is definitely needed. And KWP. Could swap Redmond in for Tella as he can contribute defensively, or even Diallo to try to neutralise Pogba/Bruno.
-
I've been a staunch supporter of Ralph but struggled with decisions today. I was surprised to see KWP, Forster, Tella and Armstrong S missing, but the team he put out got us a lead and showed promise. But what's the point of saving players for a strong bench if you don't use them in time? We should have come out fired up to hang onto the lead after half time but capitulated. As soon as they equalised we needed a response: an injection of new energy, but got nothing. Yes, we need an experienced noisy leader on the pitch to get a grip of these situations, but Ralph is making the same mistakes a little too often.
-
Is Livramento injured?
-
Clear evidence that we need an experienced CB: someone who can organise holding on to a lead and be a leader.
-
Don't you think they'll notice if we field 12? (Stu + Armstrong) It's started. What with Adams, Adam, Armstrong, Armstrong this season is going to get very confusing.
-
I'm still trying to guess our line-up, especially in attack. Will he throw AA straight in? Tells seemed to be getting a good rapport with Che. At least we have options. Maybe Forster KWP Bednarek (but wouldn't be surprised at Stephens) Salisu Perrault JWP Romeu Stu Armstrong Redmond Adams Tella AA, Walcott, Djenepo, Livramento, McCarthy, Diallo, Stephens
-
We can only hope it's a KWP situation: he likes being at Saints and has no prospect of progression at Chelsea so a deal might be struck.
-
I think the only one of those likely is CB, if Vestergaard goes, which I expect to happen.

In another report it says personal terms should not be a problem
