That was four years ago. His career has only gone on one direction since. And four years ago was a rising star challenging FF.

What is an achievement is getting 15 players off the wage bill and signing some real young potential.

On the basis of his last 8 years, absolutely no reason to think he's better than what we've got. Would be a ridiculous move and totally against our transfer policy.

We were the first British club to undertake a tour to South America. Sorry @Nordic Saint. Just seen you've done that!

The tone of this is so utterly Mail. Clearly written by someone not at the match, full of errors and expressing amazement that we won a game easily, when it really wasn't that unexpected against L2 opponents. Of course the 9-0 losses have to be mentioned as everyone knows we normally lose 9-0 every week. And we are such a little club with no ambition, we sell all our best players to clubs where they should be and we never warrant comment except, as on Sunday, when we disgracefully fail to lose 9-0 to the magnificent Manure

Winnable

Pretty quiet on here tonight. I guess even the most determined trolls are struggling to be negative.

Think it's our biggest winning away margin in any competitive match, ever.

A lot of claims staked for first team places. Really healthy competition.

BBC: Man City couldn’t do it. Tottenham couldn’t do it. Leeds and Leicester definitely couldn’t do it. But Southampton are doing it. Making Newport County look like a League Two team. The gulf in class so far is huge and 2-0 does not flatter the visitors.”

Get in!

His record of consecutive matches is amazing, but could become a millstone

When did we last make 9 changes and still put out a decent team?

I'm not as depressed as everyone else seems to be. McCarthy has been good in the past and I think, with regular game time, will be again. Yes, Forster may be the better shot stopper but he doesn't command his 6 yard box and can be very slow getting down. Something we do need is a settled keeper. They have different traits and swapping all the time confuses our defence. I'd say they're both saleable, but no way do we want to lose both with no time to replace. And Forster's wages off the bill would be a bigger saving.

Before I saw this I guessed: Forster KWP Bednarek Stephens Perraud (sub Small) JWP Diallo Redmond Elyounoussi Tella Armstrong A/Adams (sub Broja) We're probably both totally wrong.

Should be, but maybe too early

Calf injury, apparently

The 6-3 and shirt change were different games
-
As posted above, no more incoming after this.
-
When he did start, they lost 7-0. At least it wasn't 9.
-
I associate Brazilians with attacking flair, not solid defending.

They've said it's the last business

He was not making the starting lineup in a team that were very poor and finished 17th. Unless we can see something that no-one else can, doesn't sound good.
