  1. Can't believe I was so worked up about this. But it sums us up now - everythung matters and we don't give up, we don't lose. I'm happy as a Saints supporter for the first time in years, and the whisky is flowing. Sod work tomorrow.
  2. need a very stiff whisky to cope with this.
  3. Seems very quiet. what's happening?
  4. Not getting a good feeling about this.
  5. Sh!t. Not so acceptable now
  6. Bit different, but it's very acceptable Beaujolais cru.
  7. Here Waigo, here Waigo, here Waigo!!!!! Sorry. Couldn't resist it.
  8. Full strength team! This is a real potential banana skin. Luton have built quite a reputation in the last year as a cup side. They won the JPT last year, remember. We want to be in Round 4 and not lose the current buoyant confidence with a defeat to a non-league side.
  9. Papa offside after 1.06 mins
  10. Won't need attacking options off the bench. Plan A is score 3 or 4 quick goals then shut up shop. Plan B? Same as Plan A.
  11. Congratulations on your 5000! Let's celebrate with a win. COYR!
  12. yes. injured.
  13. Suspect Trotman's not mentally right. May know he's not staying. Or could be AP working on combinations without him. Or has he fallen out with AP?
  14. Is Murty fit enough yet to play twice in four days? Wouldn't be surprised to see him rested and James or possibly Thomas in. Agree with 4-5-1 and Papa to start, Trotman for Perry if he's up for it. Been some average performances possibly linked to uncertainty about January. If he's not committed, Thomas instead.
  15. Think only the regional final is 2 legs. Single game for semis
  16. Think that if we get past this one, Norwich will be the biggest obstacle before Wembley. Got a league game against them too in a week or two, and that will be a test of where we reaaly are.
  17. I took a Canadian friend to her first Saints match earlier this season (Colchester, yawn) and she managed to break her anke on the plane over from Montreal. The club were great, giving us seats on the front row near the halfway line. Lots of legroom but leave the crutches sticking out so you don't get kicked . One steward was particularly brilliant - let me bring the car very close. Shouldn't have a problem.
  18. Totally agreed. Made a weekend of it. Good pubs (and especially the Rugby Club before the game), good food, friendly people and most excellent pies
  19. Have got tickets for myself and friend. Easy from Shropshire - Wem to Crewe, Crewe to Carlisle. Less than 3 hours, only £30. Looking forward to making a weekend of it.
  20. Trouble is, considering the "newspaper" it's in, chance of being anywhere near accurate are infinitessimal.
  21. I'm waiting to wake up.
  22. Since he's such a very very nice man, please can we spell his name right - MarKus
