  1. (Copied form other thread as this one's winning!) Really pleased with that. I'll admit I was somewhat underwhelmed when it was announced he was coming on loan - looked like a last minute rather desperate move - but I'm very happy to say I've been proved wrong. Think the partnership with Jose is really strong and you can see how much he's taken to the club. Wonder if he knew this was happening when he did his personal lap at the end of the game on Tuesday? Welcome aboard the bus. Good to have you in the building! btw think we still need a loan cover at CB in Jan with MS and RJ out.

  3. Also defends well from the front closing down defenders. Compare and contrast with Guly! That was noticeable last night - SDR does the same.
  4. Accept that Jan Feb looks tough too. As Nigel says, no easy games. Perhaps this thread is a little premature. Be interesting to look at it again next year.

    The run in

Although I'm still ridiculously happy at our current position, was just looking at the diary for the end of the season and noticed what a (potentially) tough run in we have over the last 6 games. P*mpey at home (if they still exist) - local derby always problematic Palarse away - tough. Reading home - gave us a tough game at their place, they're better away from home and also localish Posh away - we should have the beating of them, but we know they'll score Middlesboro away - they'll probably be fighting us for auto or play-offs Only relief is last match - Coventry at home. Just thinking we may need a few points cushion before Easter.
  6. Yes.
  7. This was like Rochdale away last season. Never got going. But after that we won ?14 on the bounce.
  8. Could always buy him.
  9. Cue Barnard 90th min winner.
  10. SSN say BC giving us a "tough examination". Dangerous in attack.
  11. He did that in a recent game too. Corner led to a goal.
  12. Firstrowsports working fine
  13. You can collect at Doncaster before the game. Any not collected at St Mary's will be sent up on the coach as usual... HTH
  14. Amused I'm sure. Don't give up the day job.
  15. I'm an ST holder and can't go..... gutted. PM me if interested.
  16. I remember WGS once saying that he spent his Saturday evenings after a good result just staring at it on Ceefax. I prettty well do the same with the table at the moment.
  17. There's cheap parking just off the M6 Jn3 in a field. About 3/4 mile walk to ground but easy getaway - have used it before. Book online http://www.walktrot.com/new_page_4.htm The Blackhorse as recommended on the site is also good, if you're not the driver.
  18. I'll live with that for a win (but might have a spare shirt)
  19. Really hope we don't lose. Travelling by train from N Yorkshire for this one and can't stand the thought of a trip back with a trainload of celebrating Borough fans. :-(
  20. No. there is ET.
  21. Under no circumstances must there be any more weather reports. Disastrous result. Infractions called for!
  22. Not sure nun watching is good for me. Need to get out of the habit.
  23. i'm worried we've had an overload of premature nuns. Have they come too soon?
  24. For those stuck in a departure lounge with no info, is anything happening?
  25. Really pivotal game. A win will send out such a statement and give us clear air. And I'm stuck in Belfast and not using my ST. :-(
