Luke is on 50k at United.

I've not seen anything in Isgrove to think he will ever be anything more than a bit part player unfortunately. I hope I'm wrong.

Toby Alderweireld Signs on Season Loan - Official
saint_ed replied to Aziz Yebda's topic in The Saints
Athletico confirmed Cerci. Possible confirmation of TA soon perhaps. -
Jake Sinclair going on loan to a Scottish team (didnt catch who) SSN EDIT Hibs. Thanks Heisenberg
-
Translation: Southampton notified Kacaniklic that they won't be proceeding as they have agreed a first/second choice target. He is free to discuss terms with FC Copenhagen.

I know Spurs have a BIG rival in signing Welbeck.
-
Around 11pm.
-
I think Spurs are going to miss out on Welbeck so I'm guessing they'll go ahead with Mane unfortunately, leaving us to sign Redmond.
-
Hopefully Mane. He will add the pace we're crying out for.
-
It seems odd that Capel is agreed when supposedly we are still in pole for Mane. I really can't see us going for both so one is surely a red herring/backup.

For those moaning about loans its worth mentioning that clubs are and will be using this more and more as a tactic to get around the FFP rules. Those done with a view to a permanent deal naturally delays payment until next season while they will also get the player on a reduced salary in most cases.

I can't see them signing both him and Welbeck, who I know they are interested in.
-
Yet another Championship standard signing for Burnley. This time its George Boyd.
-
I'd far rather Ayew than Redmond!
-
SS News just announced Spurs are completing the deal for a central midfielder (didn't catch the name) 'as the alternative to Schneiderlin'.
-
I really don't like Spurs.
-
How many wingers are we after?!
-
Interesting he mentions we tried again for Lens.

I've got a feeling he'll end up at Spurs. Not based on anything at all.
-
So he's leaving on a free after that?

Fantastic second half performance, oozing with confidence and more urgency. A stark contrast to the first half where although having some good possession we looked like a team of strangers. Delighted they made me eat my words and exactly the reaction we needed. I love the stance that Koeman has taken with Taider as well, seems like we may have narrowly avoided another trouble maker! Still bizarre that Cork doesn't have his new deal but hopefully after his last few appearances he's on his way to one soon! Fantastic second half from Pelle and a finish of genuine quality with his left foot. I'm excited at the prospect of Tadic and Ramirez teaming up as they're both technically very good players who could combine to good effect.
-
HT We are such a boring team to watch!! So one dimensional and lacking any quality in the final third with the exception of Tadic. I think we may be wasting too much time in training playing catch with bouncy balls than actually working on systems of play and interchange. Pelle playing a little deeper which is making a difference. JWP very wasteful and AGAIN struggling to make any real impact on the game. Cork and Ramirez on for JWP and Davis IMO.

Yep, and every room was fumigated with special hoovers haha

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm fairly confident I didn't say anything like 'board out'. Whether you like him or not, nobody can deny that Cortese didn't make sure the finer details were covered in terms of providing the squad everything they require. Why do you think so many were publicly loyal to him.
